    I upgraded my parents home theater from an old rear projection tv. They refused to do it because they didn't want to learn a new system but this remote has made the transition so much easier.

    For people who hate multiple remotes and confusing universal remotes this is the choice. It’s simple to use and has built in help for when things do not perfectly align.

    Great feel with great abilities. The only think I don't like is the All Off button doesn't work if you didn't use the remote to turn everything on. It doesn't think anything is on.

    item ia amazing has not yet fail on anything i use it for tv,home theater,AC, GAMES ECT. WORKS GINE EASY TO USE and works well with my items.

    This was easy to set up and it makes it easy to switch from watching Dish and the DVR with a simple push of the button. Better than my Dish remote (except for the Locate feature).

    Love this smart remote. Easy for my 90 year old mother to use. Controls all my devices. If something gets out of sink you just select help.
