    Highly recommend have Geek squad set it up for you. The make it fast and easy. Love using the Geek Squad. Maybe more but well worth it and peace of mind.

    I bought this remote to replace my older Harmony 650. Downloaded the settings from the old remote to the new one and was working in minutes!

    The best universal remote that is still simple. There are nicer ones but they are over complicated if you have an ordinary AV setup.

    This remote has worked well with my xbox, apple tv, sony soundbar and samsung tv. It's fairly easy to program and haven't had any issues in the 1+ year I've used.

    This my third logitech 650 remote it is repacing another one i have < well, used for three years. controls a samsung TV, Samsung Amp, LG blueray ans an older model sony VCR

    It works. It functions. I gets 3 stars for that. I've programmed a few preset activities, but most of the time all the programmed functions don't work. For example, I've programmed my TV to turn onto the Roku input, along with the soundbar to the TV setting. It might turn on the TV & soundbar, and turn it to Roku input, but not to the TV setting for the soundbar. There's a "help" function on the remote that takes you through a troubleshooting wizard, but it's really annoying to do every time. It would be nice if it somehow could learn from what you do with the help function. Would not buy again.

    Got this as my 10 year old Samsung LCD TV remote was not working. It works like a charm with my TV now. Set up is a little time consuming but worth the effort.

    It’s easy to teach the remote how to control multiple devices, but it’s fairly cumbersome to manage an entertainment setup with a TV, sound bar, cable box and DVD player. We gave it a couple of weeks to get comfortable with it, but ended up returning it.
