The universal control is average. Takes a lot to setup and especially when you have a surround system and all the other devices are setup through the receiver. You need extensive help and walking through to program it correctly where it’s a simple button to control.

A little complicated to set up the first time. You need a computer. But other than that it does everything you would want it to do.

Supported all of my devices. Battery life is shorter than expected.

We have several devices and this was able to handle all of them. It’s fairly intuitive and easily programmable from the computer.

I should have gotten this sooner! This one remote took the place of 4! Takes a bit to set up but once you do, you will not regret it.

Works great for our TV and all of the additional electronics we have. Including sound bar, cable, blue ray player, wii, and vcr.

Purchased this remote to replace an older one that went bad. Very easy to transfer settings from old harmony remote to this one. Great remote for the price

Replaced a previous model with some bad buttons. connected to computer, downloaded equipment , good to go!

This remote works great for what it is. I feel it's best for people who don't have much in the way of a TRUE home theater set-up. It gives you access to basic functions but you find yourself using the original remote for more extensive things such as changing the DSP settings on your receiver.

The remote does its job. But there are some hickups. It randomly changes my entire system to dvd. The battery cover doesn't stay on. And it burns batteries like crazy. But is probably still the best remote for the price.

Great remote, and very easy to program. It takes double a batteries but they last a while. Would recommend!
