    This is my third Harmony 665 purchased over the past several years. The previous two units developed keypad problems that prevented use of the remote control. Hope this one lasts longer. Problem, no one else makes a similar unit, or I'd have gone elsewhere.

    Geek squad set this up. Found out that when I move the cursor it is very sensitive and move 2 paces as opposed to one. Also found out that can not get into the controls and setup with a apple computer. Hopefully Logitech will make changes in the future.

    The Harmony product works as promised. Would be even better if it came with a manual which explains the various options.

    Easy to set up. Controls soundbar, cable box, TV, and Blu-Ray player. Second Logitech Harmony we have purchased.

    Bought this remote to use in the bedroom. Was very easy to setup and controls all my devices. Being able to hit one button to turn on the devices I need is awesome.

    This universal remote works great and is very easy to program. It has made life easier to have one remote that does it all instead of 5 different remotes.

    I purchased this remote when I got my new Samsung QLED tv. Love the pictue, hated the remote. Didn't want 5 remotes to run my devices. I love this remote.

    We love this remote because it controls our TV, sound bar, and Apple remote/TV. It saves us from having to figure out multiple remotes.

    I had a previous model and was able to upload all my settings from the My harmony app directly to the new remote. Set up in no time. This remote is the best!

    Get rid of all the remotes all you need is this ONE. Working it takes some getting used to. I had the Geek Squad program it and it was well worth it.

    The remote does everything I need it to do. I was able to replace 4 remotes with this one. Installation was easy, and the controls are simple.
