    This universal remote has not failed us yet! It was easy to program and has kept its programming since we first did it. No complaints at all!

    I really have no complaints, this is my second Harmony remote, the first lasted through two tabs, three dvds, prob had it for 10 years. Well worth the money

    This universal remote is a lot cheaper than the first one we bought and love the fact that it controls the tv, receiver and cable box.

    This was not easy to program for the average non-techie! I like the size and weight of the device but was frustrated by our inability to program it so that we could access all the different streaming platforms we use.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Replaced my 7year old Harmony because the buttons were getting sketchy. I am sure this one will last just as long!

    I had a Harmony ONE. It was a great remote. I replaced ith with the Harmony 665 and it works great as well.
