    We are not that impressed with this remote. Not that easy to use. We would like to exchange for the Harmony Elite but it is currently out of stock. It was the ONLY ONE that Best Buy had in stock.

    Easy curbside pickup. Easiest remote to manage TV, surround sound system, AppleTV, etc.

    This remote was big disappointment to me. I am fairly tech savvy, set up all my own electronics and networks but never have been able to set up any Harmony remote to my satisfaction. Have had other Harmony remotes at all price ranges and always have the same problem. If you have only say two devices, i.e., cable box and TV, it works fine. But if you have say, TV, cable box, sound system, streaming device, it does not handle it well. You end up having to press more buttons than if you were to use a cheap RCA, GE or Phillips 4 device remote. Do not recommend this product.

      Hello Dave. I apologize for the issues you have faced with your various Harmony remotes. The Harmony infrastructure is set up to work as "activities", so that when you press a single button or give a single command, it will trigger everything necessary to do the activity. This can be difficult if the activity includes too many IR devices due to the nature of IR. If they are not all facing the remote with pretty clear line-of-sight, it won't be able to trigger all of them. The Hub with the IR blasters helps, but again, we're limited by the nature of IR. Hopefully, we'll be able to earn your trust back.

    Super easy to setup on MacBook Pro. Got this to control my Roku TCL tv and Oppo. Works great.

    Dog chewed up Harmony 650. Bought this as a replacement. Works just like the 650 with no learning curve.

    This is used to control a Samsung TV, a Vizio sound bar, an Apple TV and a Sony Blu-Ray and it does a fantastic job!

    Works great with any IR remote needs. Dont get it if you need to control anything that is not IR.

    Doesn't do what I imagined it would do. Have do keep changing to the different devices to make it work. For instance if I want to change the volume on the sound bar I have to go out of the TV setting and push the sound bar device button. Then ho back and push the device button again to the cable box button so I can change the channel. Just really wanted something more from this remote with easier control of my devices. But ended up having to do more. Was actually easier having different remotes. Less navigating around to do what I want. So far not to pleased with product.

For certain devices, the toggle buttons must be activated so that the remote can communicate with them.     The devise itself is great and set up with ease. Unfortunately it also has severe input lag that leads to a lot of mis-selecting when navigating smart devises.
