    Once programmed it usually works. At times, for unknown reasons the guide kicks in and requires you to go through the learning process again. It gets annoying. If you get used to the idiosyncrasies it’s a decent remote.

    New remote old remote had buttons that did not work. Remote was a easy replacement work almost like old remote good replacement.

    Once the initial set up it is easy to use. You will need a computer to set up the remote. Nice backlit keypad
