    I wanted one remote to cover all of my items in my living room. I got help from the geek squad and listed every thing I wanted to control. They recommended this remote to do the job. I got it home and it will not control my fire stick! I called customer service and this remote can not control a fire stick. I feel I was truly up sold by $60 to take this “better” remote and it doesn’t do what they said it would. Make sure you keep your packaging and receipt for this item. The geek squad definitely steered me wrong.

    Once the batter goes you'll have to buy another...this is the second one and like I said you need to be computer savy!!!!!
