Great remote, I love the feel of the button and the easy set up.

We had the previous model for a number of years. Finally the buttons or some of them would not work. WE looked around and found this one but had to travel to the Best Buy warehouse 30 miles away to get it. It works just like the previous model so we are happy. Just with Logitech would continue to make these all in one remotes.

This is my second one because of the simplicity of the remote. Only complaint with this and my first one, if you drop it just right then it would stop working. Simple fix of removing the batteries worked, but just annoying. Simple to program, as long as you have computer access. And in my case when I bought another one, it already had my codes saved in the program, so the switch was streamline.

Remote does everything I want. Turns on tv, Xbox, receiver etc.

Excellent remote control using for everything my audio receiver

I was little skeptical because I have bought so many universal remotes in the past and they did not control everything, this one does. I now only use 1 remote instead of 5. The set up was very easy on the computer. I was able program a JVC TV, Tivo, Sony sound bar,Sony 4K player and Roku in no time. It did take a little bit of an adjustment of getting used to the control buttons but I am glad I made this purchase

It is very intuitive and easy to use. The first one they installed had a problem so the Geek Squad replaced it with a new one. The only issue I have with the remote is that probably 25% of the time, the on/off feature doesn't work on the first try and you have to press the help button which always solves the problem. If it wasn't for that annoyance, I would have given it 5 stars.

Can handle up to 10 devices but my needs are very low tech and I'm using it to control only 5. I'm sure this remote can perform functions i haven't even begun to explore. My only complaint so far is that, even though I know I programmed it correctly, for some reason, my blu-ray player always turns on when I only want to turn on my Roku 3 device. Kind of annoying but not a major thing. Recommended.

Found it easy to set up and very easy to use on a daily basis.

This is my second Logitech Harmony remote so that says something. The first one lasted roughly 6 years before a few buttons finally gave out. This one is just an upgraded version of the last one (650). I rated the value as just ‘average’ because it is still relatively expensive for a remote, even though it is quite functional. Logitech customer support is very good with walking you through any programming issues too. We use this for our Panasonic TV, Apple TV 4k & all the apps for it, Sony sound system, and Play Station (for DVD’s). The remote is easy to use once you get it set up. It runs on two AA batteries, and the battery life is good.

Stops using all my remotes all I need is Logitech and it works

Comes with a lot of features built in for a large variety of devices! I was even impressed when my home theater receiver was supported by this and it's almost 15 years old. Only downside is that the back button isn't well supported on this remote for when I was to use it for just my TV and I'm going through online streaming services looking for titles, then I have to use my original TV remote sometimes.

This remote works with some less well known brands of tvs and other electronic devices, which is a good thing. The down side is it took hours of technical support to get it to work. The download and set-up was complicated and frustrating. The support personelle, however, really worked with me to get it functioning. Some staffers were more knowledgeable than others. I may still need to contact them again to add devices.

This is a great programmable remote and now it is discontinued! I hoper that the Harmony site will still be maintained as that is the key to this thing working so well. You just enter the make and model of the devices you want it to work with and like magic all functions are go! The Macros are very easy to set up and the buttons to assign also. Now, this may not be worth buying used if the website is going away also! I wish someone else would buy this product line from Logitech and keep it going. the best of its kind.

This is a pretty good remote overall. It makes a good starter if you’re looking into having a universal remote that can run activities at the push of a single button. My only complaint is that there is no battery indicator or any warning of a low batter, and it can eat through batteries pretty quickly. Would still recommend.
