Good basic remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works well for my devices: 4k Roku TV, older BluRay player, Sony A/V receiver, AppleTV, few game consoles, etc. Setup on a computer was simple and lets me do things like "turn on the tv and the receiver, set receiver to Video 1, Roku input to Input 2, etc". It's handy that I can back up my settings in case I have to replace the remote. Devices don't turn on immediately, but it doesn't feel laggy. For the price, it does the job well.

Works but need inprovement
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Bad: These remotes are not mechanically robust enough to take a fall on the floor without internal damage. If you have Kids, animals or clumsey adults it will eventually get knocked on the floor from a table, chair, etc, etc. They also go thru batteries quickly. The buttons will wear out and the function will no longer work. I have purchased silicon protectors to see if that fixes the hitting the floor problem. Time will tell. The Good: Tha Remot does work well. The programming is pretty easy. Just have all of your equipment model numbers available. I have owned 5 of these remotes. It is the only remote that I found that can control all my devices not just individually but in the operation modes that can be set up. ie, TV mode, Movie mode, Game mode, Netflix, Disney+, etc, etc. I have found other remotes but they require factory programming. They are much more expensive and then there is the programming charge. I don't want to mess with that. It does what I need but could be much better. At 50.00 dollars it is pretty expensive to replace because of poor mechanical design. I would buy again.

It’s better than the remote it replaced
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Lots of Small buttons , squished together. In the dark you have to find the button you need by feel. Screen has limited use. Can program a sequence on start up. Watch TV, watch a movie, etc. doesn’t always work. There’s a help button if it don’t. Ask questions of what didn’t come on. If you want to switch from say TV to DVD you have to turn the system off and hit button for DVD

give it some time
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like but the initial set up is not the easiest but once you finish it its easy to use. The only down side is every once in awhile it wont turn on or off the TV with the main power button so you have to select it in the window and then push the power button next to that.

Good replacement for Harmony 550
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm using this as a replacement for a Harmony 550 that I had for many years before it died -- it was pretty simple to migrate my account and update the new Remote. I didn't have to change any of my existing activities or devices to get this set up. I may go back later and reorganize the activities in the remote, but it is good to just be able to get back use my TV and devices again.

Good midpriced remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The remote works fine. I have different brands of tv, stereo, DVD, and cable box. It controls them all well. I do need to reprogram it so that it does not turn the stereo to DVD when I first turn it on. It is easy to switch it to radio with A couple clicks but in reality I just listen to radio, and tv through the stereo. The remote does have to be programmed with a computer through a sub port.

Good For Most Families
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this with the hopes of having just one remote for my five devices however this does not work with Amazon Fire Stick. It will not turn it on or off but will operate it past that point. It's because it only works with IR technology verses Bluetooth. Overall good but I will purchase the next model up for the Bluetooth technology next time.

BulletBill
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Took a little bit to program all the features I wanted . Actually had to go back in 4 maybe 5 times to add steps i had missed. But all in all ,I now have a remote anyone can pick up and run anything between the tv,tuner, cable box,and it will setup tuner for fire tv but won't actually change things since fire tv is Bluetooth. But I got rid of 4 other remotes.

A bit battery hungry, but worth it
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to replace a Harmony 650 because some of the buttons stopped working. We got years of use out of it, and hopefully they've dealt with the problem by now, and this newer model will last even longer. It's great overall, but you'll need either rechargeable batteries or be willing to shell out for real alkalines on a regular basis because of the color screen.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I regret waiting so long to buy this remote,i tried others and i returned them,i read a lot of bad and good reviews and was hesitant to buy this logitech 665.Now that i own it i can't put it down,i keep thinking of more things to program and it can do macros.I have had this remote for a few weeks and im still using the original batteries.I had read they it was bad with batteries, not mine.I love that it has a small screen and all the buttons light up.Im so impressed with it that i bought the elite for my theater.I highly recommend it to anyone .

One remote for all!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this to consolidate all my remotes into one. You must have a computer with internet access to program your devices to the remote. with this being said, the software to program the remote is fairly easy to use, all you need is the name of the manufacturer for your device and the model number. I am able to control my Samsung QLED, Klipsch powered speakers and Xbox one with it. I must say that I can only turn my Xbox on/off as of know.

Pretty good universal remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this remote for my father. I have the same one. The buttons are a bit small and not backlit. It will sometimes not turn on or off all devices and you need to use the help button. That does usually solve all the problems. It’s the best universal remote I’ve tried, but could be a little better if it were less glitchy and had slightly bigger buttons with backlighting. It does frustrate my father a bit though.

Good Remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This remote works as advertised. It was easy to program on the computer so that pressing a single action button will accomplish what would take several presses on different remotes. For instance, the Watch TV button turns the TV on, activates my soundbar and changes the HDMI input to the one my TV is using. The only issue I have with this remote is that I must point it pretty much dead on at the component I want it to command.
