My older Harmony remote was having a problem keeping a charge, so it was time for a replacement. This one uses regular batteries so I won't have to worry about putting it in a charger overnight. Simple setup, although I had to find the model numbers on all my devices. Works great!

Love the fact that it works with my TV, digital box, Blu-Ray DVD and an old CD player without a hitch. Don't like the small arrows and the OK button nor the space between them. Often hitting an arrow when I just want the OK button. Other than that it works great. Replaced an older Logitech that worked well but couldn't handle my Smart TV.

I've had 5 different remotes for the various machines in my entertainment center: this remote controls this and that remote controls that, etc. I decided to make it easier on myself by getting this Logitech Universal Remote. The programming of the Logitech Universal remote is quite easy and straight forward. After about 20" of programming the remote with the various machines in my entertainment center, I was able to control the TV, Roku, Blu-Ray player, Spectrum cable box and CD player with one single remote! Life is good.

Not as good as their previous one we had, but works okay. Still cannot get Apple TV to work. He showed me, but I couldn’t get it to work later. My verbal recall is worse than most people, so I should have written details down.

This remote control is a pretty good value for the money. As far as ease-of-use, I am the only one in my family who actually knows how to use it. I did set up activities which can turn on more than one device at the same time and each individual remote for the device can be accessed for functionality. Unfortunately, there were a couple of items that I had paired that did not work entirely with the remote control, The device could turn off but it couldn’t turn on or adjust. This type of thing. If you have just basically a television and a DVR, it’s pretty easy. I don’t think I would buy this again, but I do have two that I bought at the same time and I will continue to use these. I heard that Customer service is superb however, with the current COVID-19 situation, there is an anyone available to help out.

I previously gave the tech a bad review because I couldn't get the remote to function properly after he left. I stated that this was the tech's fault. When he came to my house a second time to fix the problem, we found that the cause was several objects I had arranged on the TV stand were blocking signals from the sources. The tech had in fact programmed the remote correctly from the start. I apologize and hope that this review will replace the other one.

I've used this remote now for over a month and its amazing. I love it. My initial thoughts were that I could get rid of the 4 or 5 remotes I have in my living room but this hasn't yet come to fulfillment. I do think I can eventually get rid of all but 2 of them which is a great improvement. I've had to reprogram the remote several times as my needs and equipment have changed and the ease of programming and the many different options available for use makes this one product that I would never want to be without.

For the price this is a great remote if you have multiple items to control. I bought it as A replacement for an older Harmony 900 and although this model doesn't pair with Harmony Hubs it still will work well as long as the device can be seen. The buttons versus touch screen that the 900 used takes a little getting use to, but if you didn't use a 900 before, it won't matter. Easy to set up and so far no issues at all.

we purchased the Logitech - Harmony 665 10-Device Universal Remote because my wife has 5 to 6 separate remotes for all our electronics that she has to fiddle around with to find the right remote to control the selected device she wants to control and this 10 - device remote was the answer. it's so simple to set up and use the instructions and website help answer any questions you might have on how to set it up. so easy and now my wife only has one remote to control all our devices at the push of a button. fantastic remote and simple set up.

This is a great improvement over my 300 model which I owned for over five years. I guess a few too many drops and it decided to quit on me. This model is more than I will ever need. I was easily able to program my Blue Ray Player, Sony receiver and LG TV without a hitch. Most of the default buttons from the manufacturer's remote are copied to the Harmony 665. The ones that did not, you can easily program them via the application.

This works well to hook up older receiver/TV / Cable box stuff, once I switched to HDMI/ARC and a new receiver I didn’t need this remote as much because the TV remote would change the audio level . All in all I still used it and enjoy the convenience of having one remote. Programming is very easy as well

I purchases a Logitech Harmony remote about 11 years ago and absolutely loved it. It died around Thanksgiving. So it was a no brainer to replace it with another Logitech remote. The my harmony software made it a breeze to transfer all my devices and settings to the new remote. If you haven't purchased a Logitech Harmony remote yet. WHAT are you waiting for? You need this remote in your life.

My dad was having trouble getting his various A/V tech to work; so, I bought him one of these remotes. All of his devices were supported by the remote; so, setup was easy. Now, he's able to use all of his A/V tech with no problems. My only complaint is that you cannot re-order the list of activities shown on the LCD display. I own a higher-end Harmony remote which includes that feature. It's not a huge problem, but it's a pretty basic feature to be missing.

Having used many types and brands of universal remotes, I can unequivocally recommend Harmony remotes over all others. The ease of use, setup and daily operation is heads above all others we have tried. Setup through their website allows for pretty much any and all brands and types of remotes. Once set up, the ease of daily use is quick to learn and pretty natural. There are higher end Harmony Remotes that do more (# of controlled items, RF, etc) but for the money this universal remote will be all most people would need. Highly recommended!

I have been using this remote for about a month now. It was quite easy to set up once I found all the model #s for the different components. I love the pre-set function buttons as well... press the TV image and it turns on the reciever, tv and roku. Hit the movie button and it automatically turns on the bluray player and switches the reciever over to that hdmi input. I think this is the best universal remote I have ever owned.

This remote control is way too complicated to set up and Geek Squad charges on a per remote control basis to set it up; also, the recommendation given is that you take all the batteries out of all other remotes, because using those remotes accidentally will require the whole thing to need to be set up again. Too fragile to be worth much.

I like this all in one/every device remote control but it is a little sensitive. Requires you keep the remote aimed at the DVR/Cable box when taking action which happens slower than my TV remote. If you break contact with the cable box, the TV goes weird and takes a while to get back on track. Easier now that I'm more patient.

Works with everything, from the Marantz receiver to the Rooful hdmi switch. The app is barely functional, and I had to install it on multiple PCs to get it to work properly as it stalls on the “create an activity” part. The remote itself is great though.

I was initially skeptical, but was getting more annoyed juggling remotes. So decided to take the plunge with this one. I had to download the Harmony Software, Add my devices (by model number), create activities, and that was it! The whole process was so intuitive, and easy. I would definitely recommend getting one if you have 3 or more devices. This specific model can support up to 7 devices. If it helps, I have 2 TV's 1 DVR (AT&T), Apple TV (4K), Sony BluRay Player and a Bose Solo Sound Bar! Plays well with all of 'em.

For a universal type remote this Harmony 665 model offers a lot for the money. Display screen, good app for programming and functionality are great features. You can program keys for devices not "natively" supported is also a plus. Quite happy with my purchase and BestBuy personnel were great!
