Excellent Remote
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used the Harmony remotes for years. They require a little training on the part of the users to figure out the Activities/Devices issues and require some setup. But they work with every device I have ever tried, easily fit in one hand unlike some of the "smart" remotes out there with massive screens, and the mechanical buttons have no lag unlike the cheap capacitance screens. This last is key for being able to easily and quickly moderate volume.

Eh maybe it could be better.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cool remote controls a lot of things in the media room. However it has some quirks that make it painful at times. Sometimes it’s doesn’t turn everything off and I find myself pushing the help button a lot to fix issues. But it is cool and handy.

Good multi-product remote
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decent pricing on this unit. Cost less than the one I purchased 10 years ago. Works with everything I have. Set up was easy. Some occasional problems getting it to return to a home menu every time , but works well once you're correctly connected to the appropriate devices.

Good Universal Remote
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are looking for a great universal / all-in-one remote this is one to be considered. They are relatively inexpensive and Logitech provides tens of thousands of devices that they support. There are two small cons: 1. they don't necessarily support older equipment very well 2. the remote sometimes can go through batteries pretty quickly. I am overall pleased with the product, would purchase it again, and would recommend it to a friend.

Works Well
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It took a little bit to figure out how to exactly make this work with all my components but it got the job done and the only negative thing I can say is that I was disappointed to learn that it will not work with a Firestick. Other than that, it allowed me to put all of our other remotes away.

Best remote for the non-technical to use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These remotes are great once it is set up, yes you need a computer to correctly set it up on harmony website. The harmony remote doesn't give me any problems when somebody else is trying to use turn on entertainment system, if something doesn't turn on you can push the help button and it always fixes the problem by following the prompts on the screen. There are many other brands that system integrators recommend but they are more complicated and expensive. (I'm an integrator and reccomend logitech harmony 600 700 series)

Easy like 1-2-3
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s a really nice remote specially for the price but the only thing i will say is that it is little complicated to control your devices you’ll have to keep going back and forward with what you are trying to control, but at times it will control everything all at once but i dont mind it but overall i will recommend it its really easy to link with the devices you trying to control.

Awesome Device!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product is probably one of the coolest little pieces of tech I've ever owned, and that's saying a lot. The software makes it extremely easy to program and now I'm able to control everything I've lost a remote for! Now, that doesn't seem like a big claim, but I've lost my electric projector screen remote and my air conditioner remote, both of which are ridiculously expensive to replace for what they are. The fact that it connects and controls both is amazing, so controlling anything else is just a plus.

What are asking?
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What a pain to setup. You not only can use it as a remote, you can also use it as a doorstop. It drops on the floor well too. Makes a nice thud. After you get it registered and programmed, it is a lot easier to use than grabbing a bunch of different remotes, but maybe you like using multiple remotes. It still has problems turning my system on or off but it has. A help button to help you get the different components turned on or off if needed.

Smooth Universal Remote
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We only have a few devices, so this remote is more than enough. Setup is very easy with a step by step guide through a desktop app. The only issue I have is that if you try to manually power anything up or down, it throws off all the automation and you have you hit the activity to bring it back.

Eh
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Won’t work via RF to my cable box which drag water the purpose of buying it. For that I give 4 stars. Expensive remote to not include RF operation. If that’s not a issue for you then it’s a great and easy to setup remote.

Best remote I have owned.
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is by far the best remote I have ever owned. It works for all of the devices that I had hoped it would (TV, Cable box, Sound Bar) plus some I had no idea it could (Lasko Fans) Only thing I don't like is the battery life, but I guess it's to be expected with an LED display.

Best remote
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great remote for the room with a couple components. I found using the universal remote provided by your cable provider confusing. This remote simplifies...Press 1 button - Watch TV or Watch DVD. And if it gets out of Sync. press Help and follow prompts. It does require setting up a Harmony account on a computer...have not tried using my iPad/iPhone to setup. YouTube is your friend in this. I have several of these and highly recommend

Harmony
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was a replacement for the same brand remote. The 5 year old one got the point of needi9ng the keys pressed multiple times to get the command to the AV equipment. Very easy to transfer the data from the old remote to the new one. Hope this one lasts longer.

has potential but not perfected yet
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used this remote for over a year now and its just MEH. I seems to find very old and new devices of all kinds so thats a plus. However, it does not always want to work. Sometimes you have to go to the source leave it for another then go back several times before it wants to work. Volume on my TV work half the time as well. However, if you get it working it seems to work for the rest of the day. It is almost as if once it rests for a while it acts up. I tied several others after because of lost remotes or broken ones or i just hate having to keep 5 remotes handy. I will say it is the only one to date that does work (when it wants to) with every device I won. For that I would buy again.

Harmony Remotes Are Quality Products
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's sad to hear that Logitech will no longer be making remotes. I have had the 650 for 10 years and bought the 665 when I heard they were getting discontinued. I like both remotes a great deal. The 665 feels a little better made than the 650 though there's not a great difference between the two. It's great to be able to hit one button and the receiver and blu-ray fire right up to the settings you have chosen.

Very easy to program with smart TVs
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is very easy to use. The key layout in the remote is very intuitive and easy to follow. I programmed it to replace 4 remotes. TV, cable box, sound system, and blu-ray player. I also programmed it to use the internet features of the smart TV. What I like the most is the HELP key in case any of the components is does not turn ON/OFF. The remote troubleshoots itself until the problem is fixed. Very pleased with the purchase.

Less expensive version that still does the job.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have an earlier and more expensive Harmony device, but this functions essentially the same. The primary difference is that the other device is rechargeable and this is not. On the plus side, when it stops working, all you need to do is replace the two AA standard batteries. When my other Harmony device no longer worked, I had to purchase rechargeable batteries. I purchased this to allow connectivity between my LG TV and LG DVD player through my receiver as commented in another review.

Great remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For some reason LG has decided to have a nice TV but not the remote. I needed a lit remote for night use. I researched the remote and decided to try it. Well worth the purchase. However, you just cannot cut open the packaging and start using it. It does take less time to program it versus looking up the codes for a more traditional remote. It works with my LG TV, the Yamaha sound bar and my Samsung TV. The only thing I do not like about the remote is that it will not control my living room fan. Give me time.

Simple to use, Long start time
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One remote replaced 3. Makes use easy for my my family who are not great with technology. Start up time is a little long, we have to keep it aimed at the equipment for about 15 seconds to make sure everything starts but it hasn’t let us down. For the price it can’t be beat!
