Relatively easy to set up just be sure that all units are initially switched off as recommended in instructions. The controls and features port very well when programmed and I have only experienced problems with one legacy device from Philips where a self learning IR mode would have been useful if the Philips device was not in database. (as per some earlier Logitech smart remotes) I also like the simple GUI and keypad which avoids paging through numerous smart screens.

It's a great item, but buyer be ware, it take a long time to setup, i considered myself "tech savvy" until i tried to figure this item out, it took me about 2-3 hours to setup , but they had excellent customer service to assist.

Had problems downloading software to setup remote. Customer support was very helpful and sent an email with the required download. Once software was in place it was easy to connect everything. Works well for a universal remote but the buttons take some getting used to.

Love the universal remote, dont need to hunt for correct remote to change channel or sound. Other than it sometimes loose its settings if dropped on floor and have to reload from computer, it works great

Solid remote for a myriad of devices. Can take a little bit to setup all of your devices depending on how many you have. Only difference between the Harmony 660 is color and can control 10 devices.

I have been using the Logitech brand remotes for a very long time and tried other off brands also. I have to say this is the easiest and best remote to set up alot of devices into one remote. I love how this remote lights up when you pick it up down to how easy it is to put in the model numbers from tv to home theater equipment.

reduces need for multiple remotes once everything is properly programmed. trial and error is required when multiple switches and splitters are involved, and sometimes, a second remote may be necessary depending upon how many devices are involved.

This is considered the mid-sized of three Harmony Universal remotes. It has the capability of accepting programming for 10 devices. I have a QLED Samsung tv, a Samsung BluRay DVD player, a Bose 3-2-1 GSX sound system and a cable box offered by my cable company programmed into mine and have had no issues. Works very well and is easily programmed when you follow the directions.

Super easy remote to use and easy to program. I use it instead of the remote that came with my Sony 900E 4K TV, because the Sony remote was impossible to use in a dark room. The only drawbacks so far are I wish you could reorder the activity buttons and sometimes it gets lost (or I get lost in the menus) and I want to go back to the start and I haven't figured out if that is possible. Other than that I've been pleased. Three months and still on original batteries.

Got this for a family member to replace a much older model that no longer held a charge. Functions great and very similar (which is what we wanted). We could even transfer all of the settings from the previous model to the new one within minutes and works with everything we needed it for. Had it for 1.5 years and still great.

Once it is set up properly,it is easy to use. Tried to install myself and then paid the service fee to have Geek Squad set up. What a difference. Once Geek Squad installed Harmony 665 and set it up to properly use for my Directv remote, Samsung 4K Q80TV, soundbar and Sony Blu-ray DVD player, it is so efficient and an excellent product. Well worth to have Geek Squad install and setup.

Once you download the logitech harmony program, and find the devices you want to hook up and load that onto the program, it's great. My mom doesn't have internet though so that was a pain to get a hotspot and a laptop to her house to do all this.

I picked up the Logitech Harmony 665, to replace my old 660 remote,which after many years of use and abuse was finally starting to show the wear and tear. With the ease of going on line to set up the devices and the fact the 665 allow for more devices to be included, it is a very handy tool. Additionally the current price being significantly lower than what I had originally paid for the 660 makes this a super deal.

I've set it up to control a Samsung Smart TV, Fire Stick 4k, DirecTV Genie, a Bose Solo II Series 10 so far. Takes a bit of set up and then additional "learning" to really get dialed in. Functional overall, but the buttons are on the smallish side especially the ever-important "Ok/select" button right in the middle. And because they're small it seems at time that it doesn't take the "command". It's IR set up makes it necessary to have a direct line-of-sight rather than the functionality of RF. It's replaced a handful of remotes; just be prepared to experienced a ton of frustration before getting entirely used to it.

Logitech makes an excellent remote. It controls just about every entertainment device you'd use a remote for, all at the same time, and with not a glitch to be found. I already own a 700, and I got this one for another room in my house. They're a bit expensive, but well worth the price. ... SO WHY IS LOGITECH CANCELLING THESE THINGS?! IT MAKES NO SENSE!!

I ordered the product online with pickup at the local store. They notified me it was available the same I ordered and was available when I got to Best Buy. The Logitech Harmony is the best universal remote for my home entertainment center and it is very easy to program my 6 devices and 5 activities. Great service, great product.

Remote knows all the devices already, I didn't have to teach this remote the old remotes buttons. So it works better then the one I bought 8+ years ago, but if you add too many devices and activities you lose functionality.

I had an older LG high end 3D tv that still has a great picture, and all of that stuff, but one minor design flaw. Well it’s a major one. They’ve left off of their soundbars until recently also. No arc audio. So that means multiple remotes at all times. Well here is the answer. My savior. This $60 saves me $360min to replace this tv. And it was easy to program with my pc.

Universal remotes have come a long way. You plug this into your computer and program it. Very easy set-up. Unfortunately, it’s very finicky, and if all of your devices aren’t on the right on/off setting, the Activities feature doesn’t always work as intended.

Where has this remote been the past 20 years? I have all this fancy home theater stuff in different rooms. It all claims to have universal remotes and HDMI controls that can sync all components into one. It is all a bunch of bologna I tell you. However, this little gem is a life saver. Cheap, easy to set up, and does it all. Best of all, every button lights up when you pick it up. Love it!
