Been having a ton of issues with our Logitech hub. Particularly delays from pushing buttons and getting response on our TV. Decided to give this a try and it works perfectly. I already had my devices and activities defined for the the Logitech desktop app. It allowed me to copy all of that to this new remote.

Easy to setup and program, Just download the devices you will be using the remote for and the website or app steps you thru the process. Caution this remote is for devices that use IR only to control your devices. they cannot be in cabinets. The remote has to see the controlled devices to work.

I have used various models of this product since 2011 when it was introduced. The product is genius and is programmed via a website or app and makes what could be a complicated effortless.....all that is required is you know the make and model of your components then when you want to "watch TV" (as an example) pressing ONE button sets everything up!

Great value. Great universal remote. I have a AVR, Tv, cable box and blue ray player that it controls. Work with great with Roku tv. Pranking was a breeze (make sure you have your manufacturer and model number for all devices and it's super simple). I love the activity buttons and the help button is fantastic! Great addition to my home theater setup.

so simple to set up and worked with all equipment even a receiver that is over 20 years old!!!! Was a life saver when I switched from comcast to uverse and didn't want to use 12 remotes. Added bonus, if for some reason something isn't working just hit help and it walks you thru prompts to get everything to work as originally programmed. SUPER EASY Worth every penny! Should of done this years ago!

this is one of the best remotes on the market today it is easy to set up and it works all my sony stuff and more it also works my comcast cable to it has all the buttons you will need for cable or your stuff and once you put and the numbers for what ever you are going to set up it knows what it is it takes all the geusswork out

First let me start off by saying I already have several Logitech remotes in house... but my wife didn't have one in the den. Last time I checked, she had four different remotes going to watch TV. The Geek Squad from Best Buy came over yesterday and hooked up her remote and calibrated her 4K TV. Note: If Momma's happy, then everyone's happy!

I took me some time to program it because you need the Model number of all the devices you have. Most of those number were in the back of my devices so I have move everything to get to see it. After that it was pretty simple to program the remote.

This is a truly wonderful universal remote. Works quite well.. Have high praise for it. But, do have one complaint (with a recommendation). During set up, the sofware hung during the "create activities" phase. Recommend calling their support and their tech will be able to set it up while on the phone as it is done online while remote is hooked up to computer. Solved my problem instantly.

We have 3 of these remotes and really like them for the most part. There's a bit of a learning curve to get all things to work, but once set up, it's very slick! So much better than having 4-5 remotes sitting around.

I have always liked Logitech remotes ...this one is my 3rd or 4th one, easy setup and works great, my only complaint is that these remotes do not last...I'm getting maybe 2 years before it needs to be replaced.

I really liked my 2 650s until one of them stopped working. I looked for a replacement and selected this one and it works great for the parts that I liked and even better for those issues that I had with the 650.

The Harmony Universal Remote wok well with all of my devices. The one thing I'd like to see is a "Skip 30 seconds" button that I have on my DirecTV remote, but not on the Harmony. It was easy to set up and use.

I use this product to control an apple tv, tv, and surround sound. It works great and I love the ability to set up custom actions on buttons (watch tv, play games, etc.). The backlighting turns on automatically when you lift the remote. I do wish it was rechargeable with a stand rather than AA batteries. All in all a great media remote for a good price.

Have not actually used yet. Bought the previous model to replace an older one that died and it works great. This one look very similar so assume it will work well also. Setup is easy if you have another one (older model too) set up already as can transfer setup information with little modification needed.

If you’re not tech savvy need to get someone who is to help you set it up on the computer. My original remote that came with my 6 month old smart tv died. Had to get my college student family to help me. Most of the time has worked well.

I am very happy with remote so far, setting up was simple and I can honestly say it works every time. Once you set it up and thoroughly read how the to use the remote, you will not be disappointed. I would highly recommend this remote to anyone and especially at the current price. This remote functions like a remote that’s way more expensive. Buy!!!!

I am a huge fan of Logitech Harmony remotes to simplify the process when turning on all your AV equipment. This remotes works great without being over the top or expensive. It just works, fairly easy to configure and definitely easy to use. Unless you have a specific reason to buy the more expensive units, this one will do just fine.

Controls my rather complicated AV/theatre system really well. Has proven reliable for the most part though it does reboot itself inexplicably once-in-a-while. Was easy to setup using my Dell laptop (another review ;-) and has plenty of flexibility. Battery life isn't as good as our prior model Harmony 650 this replaced, but it is a better unit.

In trying to keep things simple for the other members of the family, I bought the Harmony 665 to minimize the number of remotes to use to turn on the receiver, TV and set top box; then the receiver, TV and Karaoke machine; then the receiver, TV and DVD player and finally the receive and CD player and each time it worked perfectly! Programming the remote is OK although it does takes care and time.
