I don't understand why Logitech will stop making their Harmony remotes. These devices are great. Grab one while you still can. The Harmony 665 is easy to setup and use. I actually think this remote is heads and tails better than the more expensive touch screen model. The physical buttons make all the difference.

Remotes are funny. When it works, it works. This one had been good for two years and then got funky and I would have to re sync it. Then buttons got stuck. BUT, I had geek squad and they replaced it.

Works well. Learning curve situating specific things where you want them in the menu, but put away 5 remotes with this addition. Roku, Apple TV, Sony Blu-ray Player, Pioneer TV, and Recv.

This is my 2nd Harmony remote. My first was an 1100 touch screen that I loved until it stopped working. I didn't want to spend as much but wanted the same functionality. So far the 665 is doing the job well. I was able to setup and program easily with all of my devices. It seems to be having an issue with my cable box but that is going away soon so I am not concerned. Overall great product and worth it!

This was very easy to set up, for all of my units from multiple companies (Apple TV, SHarp Smart TV, Sony Home Entertainment center, etc.), I now can do one button to turn on TV for watching BluRay discs, or watching Apple TV, or tuning in radio stations on my home home entertainment unit, etc. Much easier than juggling the six different controllers that were required before.

This is a really great way to control numerous devices with just one remote. Can be very finicky at times but on the whole does the job well and so much nicer than using multiple remotes.

I am really enjoying being able to have one remote to control all my devices on the TV. Very easy to use and setup for the devices. Been using the item since July, 2018 - still performing well for us. Highly recommend this remote.

Was a little leery of combining remotes to one but this Logitech remote does the job perfectly. Make sure you know the make and model of the items you’re controlling as you’ll need that upon set up. Functionality is straight forward. Switching between devices is a breeze and you can get a little savvy with the remote to control multiple power functions at once.

Was excited to try this, but at the time of purchase the software doesn’t support Mac OS Big Sur. I also wasn’t able to get it working using Windows through Parallels on a Mac. I think this is because it was a 64 bit version of Windows. I dug around for workarounds or to see if I was missing something and wasn’t finding anything and didn’t want to put in more effort to see if there was a solution for using a Mac.

I have a TV, XBOX One and Sony Soundbar being operated by this. Occasionally the soundbar will be on but not register. When this happens I'll have to just use this remote to toggle the soundbar power and then it picks up and works fine.

I love these remotes. I've been using them for several years. Programming is pretty straight forward. Controls everything I need. Really love being able to program sequences that include multiple devices and the ability to add delays between steps for slower responding devices.

The product is nice. It puts everything you need in one "location" i.e. the remote. The only drawback was the $100 per remote for the Geek Squad to show up and program them.

Purchased this to replace an identical one that was dropped one too many times. Does what it needs to do but has some trouble with my DirecTV mini genie. I sometimes need to point directly at genie as opposed to general direction. I would recommend. I use it for TV, satellite, receiver and two DVD players.

Functions are fine for the most part. Unit will not sync with my cable box which renders a major function useless (appears to be a known issue since I was able to determine from the website it wasn't going to work). Keys are too small for someone with any issues with sight. I tried to find a similar unit with larger keys but Logitec doesn't seem to carry them in the lower cost models and I wasn't going to pay $200 to $300 for a secondary unit. Overall, I would not likely buy this item again although it likely would work fine for most individuals.

Used to control Panasonic TV, Harmon Kardon receiver, Shield TV (original model; new model does not have RF capability), and PS3. Now the wife can turn on and watch TV or a movie or stream with one button. Easy to set up; I used USB connection to PC with Logitech software. Back-lighting and LCD turns on as needed. Requires RF line of sight to devices but works well from about 20 feet in my case.

Setup is not difficult, but tedious. The software needs to be loaded onto a laptop, then connected to the remote to load your settings. Once setup, it had been a joy to use. Does everything I need it to do

Very good product. Extremely flexible. Can be programmed to accomplish things other "universal" remotes could not do. This is my second one. I still use my 660 I've had about 10 years! Initial programming is easy. You can fine tune or add features and other devices. It can control more than one device at a time! Amazing.

I had been looking for a universal remote to eliminate having 3-4 different remotes for the tv, cable box, stereo, etc. this device has easy to use controls and setup was Very easy. Even my kids were able to use it right away!

This replaced about 4 remotes which is what I was looking for. The technician, Paul I think, was really great. The buttons are way too small and I keep hitting the wrong one and have to go back.

There are a few options missing on the remote. I cannot figure out how to delete a program out of the list by just pressing a button. Kind of annoying. Other than that it is a good lower end remote.
