Needed a replacement remote controller for our broken Samsung tv and finally settled on this. While it does not have a cursor control feature like the old remote, it's features are very nice.

The universal on the whole is very good. The few things I noticed is the "enter" button is small and I'm not sure how to record with the touch of one botton? All in all a very nice universal control.

Good high end remote. Not flawless but the built in assistant helps to work out some of the issues. I have the higher priced one for the family room and this one is better and easier to use

I really did not expect to put away most of my remote controls, but i did. Does not handle ps3 or ps4, but cable boxes, tvs, avr's, dvd players, are covered for most normal functions. Battery life not an issue during 1st two months with lots of use. It even gave me a remote control bluetooth function for my soundbar, that did not have bluetooth on its original remote. I'm sold!

This is a great remote! Easy to set up all your devices, and have them work together. The only downside is there’s not enough shortcut buttons, so it’s pick and choose what devices are shortcut. That is the only drawback

If you have a bunch of stuff and want to rid yourself of the clutter and remote shuffle, get a Harmony. Bought this to replace another Harmony (650) that we had beat to the ground. This one allows two more devices and was inexpensive. No brainer. Software can take a little to get used to if you're new to Harmony remotes, but it's powerful.

I bought this remote as a gift for my mother. There was a bit of a learning curve getting her comfortable using it, but realizing that she could use ONE remote to control multiple appliances around her house, she was thrilled.

Works well with my limited system. Basically I just use a TV, Receiver, ROKU and DVD player. It works with everything other than the ROKU. Great for when parents come to the house and need to watch TV.

Tried many universal remotes and this one seems the most responsive. Relatively easy set up and a multitude of options, many of which I didn't think I'd need but have since adopted.

Overall a good universal remote. Easy to program so long as you can follow instructions. My only grip about it is that occasionally when you push a button it takes it as a double push instead of a single push.

Once I saw Logitech was going to discontinue the harmony series remotes, I figured I should snatch one up before they're all gone. Hands down the easiest and best remote to use for controlling your Home Theater Entertainment System. Up to 10 devices with programmable activities and actions. Recommend it

This remote appeared to be heavy duty and was highly recommended by the sales associate, however, I ended up returning it unopened and in its original packaging due to the sound bar that I purchased had a remote and synced nicely to my TV. However, if the sound bar remote had not synced up, I would have been very happy with this universal remote due to all of its features.

The Harmony universal remote generally works quite well. Sometimes I can't remember which buttons I need to push for certain actions. The help screen usually answers my questions. I haven't had any problems with the remote so far.

I had the older model. Loved that remote. The buttons began to die, decided to buy it again. Easy to set up. I was able to copy over my old remote profiles to this new one. Loved that feature. Great remote.

What can I say, it is a universal remote if you want to not use all the different remotes for all your gear. I find universal remotes harder to use than just grabbing one I need, but everybody has different preference.

Purchased to replace old remote. Not bad for the price. Easy to program but a few glitches but I chalk it up to just need to play with settings a little more. I like the fact I can download software to use on any tv in the future.

This is the third one I purchased this year. The first one was to replaced a ten year old Logitech universal remote and this was a great replacement. This one was for a system that had a TV, cable box and DVD and it's great. Easy to program and customize and works well with a Roku smart TV. I'm considering buy a forth as a spare.

I'm still learning the capabilities of this remote but I have to give a shout out to the Logitech customer service team. I was having HDMI handshake issues between my TV, AVR and Blu-ray player even though all components were turned on properly. The Logitech support rep send me a revised download that put in some delay's and now everything works great.

I bought this remote to replace my Harmony One, and am very happy with it. It takes a little while to get used to the different placement of the buttons compared to the Harmony One, but once you adjust it is fine.

Was a bit confusing at first. Having to plug it in to the computer and program it in all. Once that was finally done it’s been very useful. No more having a bunch of remotes everywhere.
