We needed to upgrade our Logi remote control to handle a new TV/WiFi service. It was a reasonable expense. Luckily our new Logi remote works in a similar manner to the earlier model and has some shortcuts. This new remote works with batteries. The older model was rechargeable. My sense is the battery model will be less expensive to operate over the long term.

I purchased this because my new Samsung TV remote would not program my cable box or my sounder (which isn't Samsung). It was very easy to program just read the instructions and be prepared. It works very well. I will say I have replaced the batteries it came with already but the were factory ones so who knows how good they were.

This universal remote is easy to setup, the online interface walks you through the setup step by step. It makes it easy to quickly setup any activity like watching TV or a DVD by simply turning on all components required to do the activity to the correct settings and input. The price point is also a plus.

This is a great remote to program any device. It is a little hard to program if you don't have the exact model number or the original remote to your device. Overall, it is a good remote.

This remote works great for the price. The problem I have with it is the source buttons do not light up. So if you want to watch tv but switch to a movie you can’t see the button to do so.

Excellent Remote. Easy to program. just get your model numbers of the devices you want to control. Go to the web site, log in the information and down low to the remote. could not be easier. this remote is replacing the Harmony 660 I had for many years. I hope the 665 last and performs just as well

This thing is the real deal! Was confusing at first but once you get used to it , you won’t want to use any other controller !! Must get if originals get lost or broken! Just need it to be fully compatible to replace that Apple TV remote as well .

Like that it can be programmed easily using the computer vs having to find and use all the remotes to the different pieces of equipment. Now favorite channels are a button away.

I used this remote to get rid of my remotes for my LG TV, LG Dolby Atmos Soundbard, LG 4K player and Roku Ultra. It was pretty simple to program and would love to see the higher end models from this company.

Easy to program and lcd screen is a plus. Unfortunately it doesn't do everything I want it to do, than again I don't think any remote will fully control all devices. Spectrum cable box features and control is limited.

Once programed; it works flawlessly. The only drawback is that you need a clear line of sight to the electronics for it to work; any obstruction or too much distance from the remote sensor on the item you are trying to operate and you may experience inconsistent results.

Geek Squad set it up then instructed on its use. It works very well leaving us with a stack of now irrelevant remotes. An audio connection would have been nice.

Bought this for my boyfriend for a Christmas gift. He didn't understand at first why I got him this but after he got it set up, he couldn't figure out why he never bought one. This has replaced all his remotes except his x-box (hasn't updated to the one yet). Now I can finally watch a DVD or turn on the tv without having to figure out which remote to use.

I love the ease of programming. I am still learning the device, Im hoping I can program it to control my apple tv and tv volume without having to change devices constantly.

all the Logitech remotes are handy for cutting down remote clutter and are very easy to set up if you plan ahead and have all your model numbers of your system ready . the only thing about this one and a couple of others in the series the web site says this will control a RF cable box it partly does but needs another module to work everything properly

After ten years of use, the buttons on my old Harmony became untrustworthy. I bought this replacement, and was happy to find my old settings to control five devices were transferable via the Logitech website. This one feels slightly heavier and has a bit better touch, but is nearly exactly like my old 650.

The remote is ok… nothing spectacular. We have already replaced the batteries and have only had for one month. It’s fairly easy to use.

Simplifies control of TV, surround sound system, DVR and Roku by combining controls in a single device. Once programmed, you can throw away all of your individual remotes. An absolute must have if your home entertainment system has multiple devices. Purchased to replace a like unit that was 10+ years old.

With this device, I only have to use one remote for all my activities. It is very easy to program if you buy a new audio or video device. This is my 3 remote I have bought is the last 15 years. After 5 years the buttons start wearing out. I love this remote. And being Logitech it is very dependable.

This works well. But you have to press too many buttons and move in and out of settings just to access a device. The set up took a very long time with the updates and loading to the remote.
