I love the ability to reprogram multiple buttons on this remote. I have DirecTV, Samsung TV and Samsung Soundbar and they all work flawlessly. The Apple TV Gen 4 is a little tricky, so I have been using the IPhone app for it. Not a flaw of the remote, more so an Apple design issue. Overall, I am really happy with this purchase, especially for around $50.

Was replacing a older Harmony remote with this one. Setup was a breeze. Just launch MyHarmony software and copy the settings from the old remote to the new one.

Purchased as a replacement for a similar model that lasted about six-seven years of heavy use. Controls my TV, cable box, DVR, DVD recorder, sound bar, and VCR. Easy to program. Too bad Logitech is discontinuing their remotes. Don't know how long they will support them.

Love this remote control anything that comes with a remote control this remote control can control it with a little programming you be able to you this remote control for anyting.

I just love this remote, controls my x1 cable box, my toshiba tv, and my LG sound bar...need a computer to set it up, you can customize the buttons based on your particular want...very good remote I turned 3 separate into one remote with all the functionality of the other 3

Great remote, easy to set up. I had this same remote in the past (1 1/2 years) but after dropping it numerous times on a hard floor it finally started acting up. Although the price went up it's still a competitive price for everything the remote can do.

The remote didn’t do what we wanted it to do and the Best Buy rep said it would work seamlessly with our TV. I tried multiple ways to make it work but ended up returning it and used the Roku remote.

Had to replace remote for my Denon receiver. Recommended by BB associate. Works great. Takes a little time to get all the devices turned on as it runs through the sequence and hands off to my Roku.

The remote is great and has decent functionality. Controls a wide array of devices. My only complaint is that it took quite a few toys to get the Logitech software to recognize the remote on inital setup

Wanted to condense the four remotes I had to use! This remote allows me to control all my electronics with only one remote! Easy setup and ease of use equals one happy customer!!

The unit needs a manual to help you get started, but other then that it's really good. Service my needs very well after I got the hang of how it's works.

Our 15 year old Harmony finally hit the skids and needed a replacement. We have had this particular remote for a few months now and completely happy about the performance. Maybe some of the buttons could be a bit bigger, however that would be a sacrifice at functionality. Let's just say I am happy enough that I am going to buy a second for the game room.

The remote works pretty good. It is definitely easier than having four to use. I wish the back lighting was brighter making it easier to see in lower light. The touchscreen is extra sensitive.

This remote's setup can be complicated, but that's because it is so versatile. It can be set up to do anything another remote can do. Makes a great replacement for a remote that's no longer made, and can be set up to be the one remote that controls everything.

This remote has enabled me to organize all my electronics into one remote. I can now control several pieces of equipment with this remote. No more shuffling back and forth with several remotes. This remote was easy to use and easy to program all my devices. This is a great investment for your home entertainment system.

Just saying the kids aren't a huge fan and that in point is the test to me. I like it but it is bulky and klonky. remembering to switch from device to device on the screen i often forget to do. As well as there are no one touch buttons to do so. I has only bought it to substitute my sound bar as the kid's lost it's remote and I cannot find a suitable replacement. it was expensive and sits in the drawer. If you do not have kids maybe you would get used to it and therefore have a use for it. otherwise it just collects dust

Haven’t figured all of it yet, but did get the tv, sound bar, cable box and Apple TV to work with little effort. Does not work with Roku that I know of.

I find this remote too complicated. You have to press 3 buttons just to turn the tv and cable box on. Most of the time I find it's easier to walk over to the devices and turn them on manually.

Hands down the Best universal remotes on the market. Purchased to replace an old Logitech 550 I’ve had since 2008, when the “enter” button ceased working. This one is great, and programmed up to my AV system in seconds once I downloaded the updated app. Very pleased.

After dropping cable I was looking for a remote that would handle my tv, receiver, and Roku and handle other components. The setup of the remote with the software was straightforward and worked the first time perfectly. The backlit screen and buttons work well and come on when the remote is picked up or tapped.
