I can't believe I waited so long to buy one of these universal remotes. The setup was so easy via the computer. I download the software onto my iMac, plugged in my New Harmony 665 remote and followed the step by step instructions. Within minutes I was up and running.

Bought this remote because I couldn't get the Spectrum remote to control my Bose sound bar along with my Sony TV. This remote will control the entire system.

Good remote for managing multiple components. There is a learning curve for the user and the remote in getting all the functions, devices, and activities lined up.

Works well but the learning curve is a bit steep for a remote. Software and web site don’t work too good.

Its a good control for people who have time to set it up on a computer. It asks information about the year and model series of your tv. You have to register it online to be able to use it.

This remote is a life saver. We had four remotes we were always trying to keep track of. The universal remote was easy to program and worked immediately. Highly recommend this remote to anyone who has more than one remote they need to use their tv and stereo system!!

Bought 2, one stopped working after 2 weeks--- It would not take any more updates..... I just wish the software to program allowed more customization...

This remote is a great addition to my entertainment system. Before I’ve bought this Harmony remote I had to use six different remote to my entertainment room. Now I can use one for it all.

Nice remote for the price. It controls everything that I have connected it to but it dies not have RF capabilities. The screen could be larger.

Great universal remote, easy to program, my only complaint is that once programed pushing a feature button like watch TV takes time to activate each device.

A must buy if you have multiple devices connected to your TV. It is reasonably priced and easy to use. You can switch back and forth your devices with this single remote without having to ever touch the other remotes! So glad I bought it when I got a new TV

Old reliable, easy to program and does what it needs to do. I picked this one up as a spare,now that Logitech has abandoned the remote business.

This was a replacement for my previous logitech remote that looks exactly the same but that one had rechargeable batteries. This one uses normal AA batteries. It works great except anytime anyone moves, the display turns on, and thus it stays on almost all the time. Batteries needed replacement after about 8 months. Makes me wonder how long it will last since it seems to be on all the time.

I recently upgraded my Onkyo receiver and my old remote wasn't compatible anymore. After researching remotes, this one was the best for the price. I purchased one, and set it up, then bought a second one for my bedroom. Both of them replaced 4-5 remotes and all of the features still work.

My $399 Logitech remotes volume controls stopped working after 3 years. So I purchased this $99 unit and outside of not having a touch screen it works just as well. Be aware that Logitech no longer makes remotes so get one while you can

I bought this as a replacement for an older model than quit working for me. Apparently it seems to have been a fortuitous purchase since Logitech has announced that they are getting out of the remote control business. I hope someone purchases their technology.

Nice all in one remote. This remote effectively replaced the three remotes it took to operate my TV and components.

Very nice universal remote. Takes some time to setup, but I think worth it. Also takes getting used to. I often reach for one of many remotes instead of this one. Im sure this will change soon

Love Harmony remotes and have had one for many, many years. This is the newest one as I've worn a couple out. Complicated to set up, but once set up it's literally set and forget. some newer devices make this remote unnecessary.

The remote is good to have. Takes a bit too long to have it's screen turn off so that I can change a channel or adjust the volumn...after just turning all components on. Otherwise, it's fine.
