This is my 3rd one. seems every 2 years some small part of the unit fails and u have to replace the whole unit. Best buy team is great helping me how to decide on what i buy..

I love the Harmony remote. I did have Geek Squad come out and set it all up for me, because I had four things to sync it with. I am sure it would be easy for a more tech savvy person to so yourself. Easy to navigate the buttons.

I received this for Christmas to replace a high end Harmony remote that failed the test of time. It would lose its memory, stay in sleep mode and would not recharge its battery, even a replacement battery. This model is less expensive, uses regular batteries and has not lost its memory yet. Easy set up and keys are layed out well.

This is the second one I’ve had ... only had to replace after kids kept throwing and dropping the first one ... but it lasted for years. I like the ability to replace standard batteries instead of the more expensive remotes that charge ... I would never remember to place on the charger.

It runs great, only issue i had is that sometimes i felt like i had to double click in order to do what i want

Been using various versions of this model for past 5 years. Buttons eventally wear down, but works great before they do. Roughly last 5 years. Bit of a pain to program.

Great item. Can't believe they are going to quit making these. I bought this one as a backup for the 2 I am using now. If you can find these and have multiple components to deal with it is a great help and makes controlling your home theater a lot simpler.

Not the first of this brand, Works well even when the DirectTV remote fails. Controls the TV better than the factory remote, does more.

I didn't program the remote, but Geek Squad did and it works nicely. It replaced 2 remotes that I would normally use. All it needs now is voice command and it will be awesome.

Great remote allows me to use one remote for everything at a affordable price. It is a older design so it dosent have the ability to integrate with Comcast voice control. But it's to be expected.

This device controls everything with just one touch. Once programed you save your settings online and can edit or refresh your remote as needed or in our case quickly input our settings on a new device when the original became damaged.

We love this remote! With our new electronics, we were going to have to use four remotes in succession - UGH! This remote controls everything, plus, you only have to hit one button to turn everything off. We used to have to use two remotes just to turn on the TV and satellite receiver. Not any more! Well worth the reasonable price!

Harmony remotes are top notch. I have a Harmony 1 for my living room entertainment center. I use this unit in my bedroom. I use sound bars and it id so nice not to have several remotes. Set up is easy but you need to read the programming instructions.

Have had a couple Harmony remotes. This version is a step down from the old 650 we had. Buttons don’t function the same and slower to respond. Should have gone with the higher versions.

Great unversal remote fir simple set up of equipment. Its pretty easy to use and to program the logitech app walks you through step by step

Who can't appreciate being able to put four remotes into a drawer and be able to control your cable television and home theater system with one easy to use remote.

I recently purchased an 85 inch Sony TV from Best Buy and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Very easy setup and the remote functions flawlessly. This is our second harmony remote. The original we use for the home theatre. We recently “cut the cord” and are now using Apple TV to stream YouTube TV. I bought this for our living room TV so it can be run with one remote. It works perfectly.

I downgrade from, the outdated, Harmony 1. This is a very good, basic, remote. Controls everything well. Just wish more buttons were backlit with a brighter light. For the price, a great buy.

I bought this to replace a 7 year old Harmony 650 that had gone rogue and was sending out commands and freezing regularly. The nice thing was that I was able to program this remote exactly as the 650 had been thru the program on my iMac. Works great. It can do a lot more than I need it to do, so easily expandable in the future.
