This is one of my biggest issues with Harmony remotes. Tons of features to handle all your devices, but so overcomplicated to get everything setup. By the time I got through half my devices, I was already frustrated enough to factory reset it and return it. If they found a way to make programming it and using it easier, it would be perfect. Just not my experience though.

Love this remote, compatible with most of my devices, except for my firestick 4k. Its a little on the big side, but considering it controls everything, its awesome.

Best addition to my home theater since I added 4K to everything. This remote gets rid of the 5-6 remotes one typically deals with in a home theater. Set up was relatively easy. Takes about an hour but worth it. Once set up (via laptop or PC) is complete, the Help feature is great for resolving problems.

I have owned the remote for about a month. I use it to control my TV and a receiver. Initially, I was very pleased. The setup was easy and quick, regardless of the instruction manual warning me to set aside 45 mins. However, now in my experience, the connection to the receiver is spotty, meaning it doesn't turn on/off/volume control all the time, which is frustrating. I'm debating whether I return the device or not. I partly blame my receiver which is potentially 15 years old.

best programmable remote I've found! I can program functions that configure my TV/receiver and all connected devices (cable, DVD, and multiple gaming consoles) to operate with one button push. Plenty of memory to save all my favorite TV channels, and my profile is stored online so I don't lose my settings across computers!

A typical universal remote lets you program the volume button to a single device no matter which device you're currently addressing for entertainment. But in this device the only way to get that functionality is to use but they call my activity. This is turning out to be hard to set up, I've had this device for almost a month and still can't get the buttons to switch inputs properly and addressed the volume. To be fair Logitech support is valiantly trying to help, but it's a work in progress.

I had a previous model before and loved it. I’m only rating 4 stars as this remote doesn’t do RF.

this is the best remote i have ever bought i cant believe i waited so long it works on all my devices that i required 3 remotes for previously and i can assign what all buttons do so i can fully customize the remote supremely happy with this purchase it is worth the money

This basic smart remote does everything that I want it to do and is easy to setup. I had no problems with the remote.

Good remote. As stated in other reviews, a little difficult to setup. But once you have it going, it’s perfect. I wish it had RF capability.

Set up was a little more complicated than I expected, due to the fact that I was replacing a very old Logitech universal remote. Once that was done, it has worked very well.

Easy to convert data from old remote. Sometimes my system takes time to do the commands and if I pressed again it does it twice.

Feels good in the hand. Lights up when you pick it up. Just too many buttons to press. I have it set to control an OLED TV, a sound bar and a DVD player. The display is too small to read without glasses. To control each separate device you have to press too many buttons, and then to switch back to the previous device, another whole slew of buttons to press. Went back to using the remote that came with the TV (which also controls the volume in the soundbar). It's ok but ... too many buttons to press!

I love that I don't have to charge this one, runs on batteries. Must point directly at the TV for it to work. Works great! Would buy again!

Good remote that can pretty much do anything. The buttons are already fading off which is weird. I have one that is 3 years older and is fine.

The only thing better than the Harmony 665 is the fabulous free support team they have to help you set up your device perfectly (if you need their help or have questions). Fabulous price for a fabulous remote! I should have purchased this remote years ago.

I purchased this for my Samsung TV, Dish cable, and Roku Ultra. With excellent tech support from Logitech, I was able to achieve excellent results.

Works well so far, but has some issues with not turning things on and off properly. Still better than having to use multiple remotes though.

Much better than the remote that came with the Samsung TV which is terrible. Still have a little learning to do but overall very satisfied.

Great remote. It takes time to program but worth the time spent in programming for daily use. Push of one button and what i wasnt turns off/ on.
