I just plugged in the remote to my Laptop and copied the settings from an existing remote. Dad loves it for the actual buttons as opposed to the touchscreen.

Great value for the money. Allows you to program multiple devices so you can watch TV with the touch of one button. Simple to setup and use.

Great option for universal remote, sad they no longer will make these. Glad I bought right before they stopped production.

My past & present experiences with Logitech have been all 5 star, and this product doesn’t disappoint. Programming was easy when following instructions. Some tech-phobia people may struggle with this remote at first but will learn how to navigate with it in little time.

Controls all my AV equipment and it's very intuitive. This is my 2nd one of these - I gave the 1st one quite a workout until one of the more important buttons started to give out. Lasted over 5 years, so I definitely got my money's worth.

This remote was quite easy to set up. When it doesn't operate as it should using the help button allows it to learn and then seems to work properly the next time.

I've owned these in the past. I'm constantly jumping from one channel to the next. I use it with a TV, sound system and cable box and it works great with all three. These remotes are easy to use and very durable.

Had a few of these as the number of tvs seems to have increased over the years. Support many models of electronics, and for the money, canny be beat.

Been using the Harmony series for over 10 years now. My first one was getting ragged and thought it was time for a replacement. To my chagrin, the series is cancelled! Luckily, BB still had them in stock so I quickly snatched one up.

Remote was purchased to control all devices connected to my new receiver. I tried several different universal remotes but was unsuccessful. I would by again despite cost. It allow you to use 1 remote instead of multiple remotes to control all devices.

Works ok. I have issues with it turning off with the audio. When I turn everything on, the audio turns off. Sort of the opposite.

Love the Harmony 665 remote. Controls all of my devices perfectly. Just be ware thatt it does go through some batterys more quickly than non-led remotes. Not horribly just about 1/3 to 1/4 faster. At least it tells you when it needs changed.

Love this remote. Plug into your computer download the software and away you go! One button turns on all the components of my system. No more looking for codes and pointing at the tv. Everything is done through the software. Great value too. Highly recommend.

To be honest, the remote was free with purchase. I did`nt use it on my home setup. It looked a little complicated to setup but the list of features seemed impressive.

The remote is easy to setup using a laptop. You can also program features like watch a movie which will change inputs and turn on multiple devices with one button.

This is a great remote that will work on every possible type of electronic viewing devices. Easy to set up as well. You will need a computer to set up.

Use in basement theater. Connects to projector, recover, Roku and cable box with ease. Highly recommend for consolidating multiple remotes to one.

Replaced our previous Harmony with the 665. Had many years of use from the older one. Easy setup, works great. We did not need the more sophisticated models with smart home features so this was also an economical choice for us.

Having just overhauleded my entertainment system, and being left with five remotes, my Geek squad recommended this all inclusive remote. Well worth the money, at just $50.00, it operates all my devices with just one remote, and is able to diagnose connection glitches. Absolutely awesome!

Haven't used this one yet. Bought it has a backup because Logitech does not make them anymore. They usually wear out after a few years but no other company that I know of makes a remote with so many features that is easy to program.
