Universal remotes are generally real good, this was returned as it was packaged with a purchase I returned.

this remote is a workhorse, you can load all your A/V stuff plus smart lights (LED) to have your media room up and running right after walking in to the room.

Bought this to replace a malfunctioning ONKYO remote. This also sync’d With my TV, cable box and DVD as well as the ONKYO. A bit of a learning curve to get this to work but after you get use to it this replaces 4 remotes. Must be able to program with a computer to simplify.

I’ve had two of these. They work very well, but this second one resets itself when dropped on floor. Like you have changed batteries.

This remote replaces 3 remotes. It was a bit difficult to set up, and took a few tries to get everything to go on at once. Very easy to use once set up.

I used the remote control to replace 4 remote controls. Took a little bit of time to set up but wasn’t too bad. I am still learning a few things about it .

Easy to set-up and use. Like the programmable smart buttons for buttons you press often. I have five TVs and ran the sound through my receiver and can toggle between the tvs to switch sound to each game I am watching

I bought this remote because my tv didnt include a remote with its purchase. Have to hook it up to a computer but after that its pretty self explanatory for programming. Worka great and lets me control multiple devices. Wish it had a locator or something like my old dish remote did

Works with my tv/cablebox/AC/Xbox One/ and Stereo system. Sometimes though the remote seems to access wrong options if you haven't used it in a while like over a day.

Get the MyHarmony app and set everything up with your product model numbers. After all is how you want it, plug in the remote to your PC and it transfers all the settings to your remote. NO TRYING CODE AFTER CODE! You will wish you never had to use any other remote.

This bad boy works with all of my devices even old ones. The boys at logitech and the community add new AND old devices all the time. Plus it works for my Nvidia Shield TV. Pro tip, update the polling rate on the transmitter to reduce the lag between commands for the Shield.

Great remote for the price. Too bad Logitech has discontinued making anymore remotes/hardware confirmed today. So supplies with be disappearing. Get them while they last...

Works great but it takes some time to setup the first time. Once you get the hang of it you can choose which buttons to show and what screen to show them on.

Had been looking around for awhile and decided to give this a try. Perfection. Easy set up. I just needed something that controlled everything including Directv. Worked so well I immediately bought another one for a different room. Highly recommend...

This is our third Harmony we've owned over the years. We like the ability to program functions from other remotes so we only need to use the Harmony. We also like the fact that the programming can be transferred to another Harmony remote if you decide to replace it.

I've got it mapped to a Sharp TV, Sony soundbar, Roku box and my Verizon FIOS cable. All the controls work for the boxes but the sequencing of the inputs to the soundbar doesn't happen consistently. Sometimes the soundbar stays on HDMI 1 when it should have transitioned to 3 and sometimes it migrates properly. I can't just point and click. I have to wait to see if everything came up in the right config to watch what I want.

Set up went very well with all our devices (4). Should the shut off be out of sink, the help option goes through the process to ensure all devices are shut down.

Remote is great, easy to program, and works great. Definitely simplified the control of multiple devices. Flexibility to individually control devices to watch TV, listen to music, play a DVD, start a VCR by pushing only one button has made it very easy.

I purchased this as a second Harmony remote to control Samsung TV, cable box (FrontierTV), Bose sound bar, and DVD. All I had to do is copy my settings from current remote and everything worked. The configuration can be tricky but customer support is good. The price was also good

Good universal remote although was a bit difficult to pair to tv. Would be easier to use if most used buttons were a little bigger and buttons identified.
