It isn't as good as the one we had before and hopefully isn't as good as the next one. Setting up took a bit of time and we had issues figuring out if it was stalled or was trying to work. Initially it took us HOURS, finally it worked. (Please note, we already had a harmony account so I have no idea what the issue was). It works fine except the back where the batteries go won't stay on anymore and we had to use tape.

Very useful remote. Functions as described for multiple components. Programming is straightforward, with online app. It is unfortunate that Logitech is discontinuing the harmony remote control product line.

The dedicated media buttons are sweet. One button that turns on all associated devices and sets them to the right source works great. I also love that the power off fu action turns all devices off instead of having to select them all individually.

So, this remote does it all! (Except control gaming systems) Once you get the hang of it, the remote is awesome. If you’re not a tech type of person, don’t get this! But if you have multiple products plugged into your tv, it’s great!

I had a more expensive model before this one. Over the years some buttons had just wore out. Since I already had an online account, it was super easy to merge the setting from one remote to the other. No problems, no hassles. Works great.

Easy to program, easy to use. I had a URC MX810 and I wish I had gotten this much sooner. If you are looking for a controller for your audio / video / gaming equipment only, I highly recommend this controller.

We bundled this remote into our deal, and r glad we did. The Geek Squad programmed it for us, so u may want to ask about getting urs programmed.

This universal remote is very intuitive and easy to use. Of course, I did not program it myself; I relied on the Geek Squad to program it when I installed my new home theater system. However, now that it's been programmed, I find it extremely easy to use.

Device works great. Got all devices in my room set up. Only glitches happen when its programmed to turn on multiple devices you need to make sure the remote is pointed towards them. It's easy to fix if a device doesn't go on. All in all great device

This is our second unit, with the first starting to fail after approximately 3 years of use. I like the unit, but both times I needed the Geek Squad to program it. Hopefully, this on will last longer.

I purchased this remote to replace the previous model I owned for 10 years. This née model is much improved, feels better in my hand and operates more components (10) in a home entertainment system.

It works, not flawlessly, but for most any function. Setup was rather easy and I like the display--it lights up when you pick it up (motion).

works well but a little expensive.My son had to have it so I guess that's why it was high.

Purchased to replace the Harmony One I have had for several years now. It took about half a day to get use to the differences but the Logitech Harmony team assisted in setting up the remote and the transfer was easy.

Works as advertised. No issues so far. Been more than 3 months of use and has not malfunctioned once. Heard bad reviews about this remote and even the best buy rep said that it is not a very good remote. But yet to encounter an issue with it. Fingers crossed.

spilled liquid on my old one. Was able to copy configuration to new device that made setup painless.

The remote is great. The logitech software needs some work. If have multiple devices this remote is for you. Rechargeable battery is a plus

Relatively easy to set up. Useful to control multiple devices. Would need to play with it more, to get more out of it.

This was replacing a older mdl350 . It was easy to program by transferring the old information to the new one. . It has a slight learning curve, but once you get the hang of it It's great. Will be buying another one to replace another older mdl 350.
