What else is there to say? This is my third one (the last two were broken by the dog and myself). It’s the industry standard. Robust features for a cheap price with an incredibly smart software suite to set it all up. Don’t bother with anything else.

This is a no brainer to reduce the remote control footprint of any media room. Reasonably peiced and enough features to make it easy to use

The 665 Harmony is a great way to control multiple entertainment devices with one remote. You tell the Harmony remote what equipment you have by brand and model. The info is downloaded to the remote, and you’re in business!

Easy to use, once it is set up. The help button, asks questions to fix the problems.

For its price it does work well with the devices I am using and easy to create macros if you have multiple devices to work together.

I have been using Harmony remotes for over 10 years. I like this remote because it controls multiple devices and uses AA batteries that lasts for months. I hated charging my previous remotes and the battery would need to be replaced after 1-2 years.

Easy to set up and works as it should. I was skeptical due to the lower price, but it is great. I like not needing multiple remotes to watch a movie, watch my Apple TV, or even cable. I would recommend it.

Remote takes some time to set up but once you have it set up properly it works like a charm. the only issue I've found is that it freezes once the batteries start dying, wish it would just have an indicator instead

I like the remote but its somewhat of a hassle going between different things for volume, change channels etc..

Overly complicated. You have to create an account to download the data while connected to a PC. I have connected to my Direct TV, AVR reciever, and TV. It does simple things like volume easily, but to switch from Direct TV to the TVs main menu to access all my streaming Apps takes multiple clicks. I still haven't found a rewind button, so I am still using multiple remotes.

Great remote, Main issues with paring software. Had to uninstall and reinstall a few times to complete setup

Great remote. I have a cable box, appletv, and a Blu-ray player all running through a receiver to my tv and I push one button on the and everything switches to the correct input for each of the devices.

Works beautifully, but really wish someone made "clickers" for seniors! I.e., larger key pads!

Excellent all exclusive remote. It sells for a very reasonable price point and can handle multiple devices. Geek squad sets up all your devices to give you easy simple control of your complete system.

Nice remote but because of new technology I find myself using my smart phone as most items have an app for controlling audio video equip.

Good remote . Some features on the apple remote with Slingtv app I cant get to work. Other than that very good overall

I bought this remote originally for my tv. I later found out as I was programming it that I can program it to control multiple devices. You can program the buttons to pretty much do what you want. It’s pretty cool honestly.

I am a huge fan of Logitech products however they lack in this department. I've owned tis remote for almost a week and it just doesn't work as I intended it would. I use it for an onkyo reciever, samsung q60 and Xbox one s. Out of the box this remote requires you to plug into the computer to configure the buttons and evertime you need to reconfigure them you must again plug it into the computer. I utilize the play a game button feature which turns on the Xbox reciever and TV and opens the game i want to play. Sometimes te remote takes up to 2.5 mins to accomplish this task and other times it will turn on the TV and receiver but not the xbox. If the remote is moved even slightly the display screen will turn on and stay on for 2-3 mins draining the battery. This remote is far from useful as I can only find use for 3 buttons. It does not have an input select for the TV and the top half of the remote does not have a Backlight. I am unable to figure out how to configure the rest of the remote for use of my smart TV features. I feel a much cheaper universal remote will work better than this $60 harmony.

I love the fact that one remote controls my Roku TCL TV, cable box and sound bar. Downside is programming the remote is, instructions can be complex, confusing and lacking. My 35 year old stepson had to program it for me.

I bought this universal remote after doing some research on it for my Samsung TV. I really enjoy that I'm able to use it for my TV, Xbox One and my universal DVD player. It was well worth the price.
