Great remote with great customizability for consolidating controls among many various devices.

im a logitech guy and i needed a remote for a TV without needing a lot of bells and whistles. It does what i need. I have no complaint.

Sometimes is difficult to use, especially when you turn an option on and then other devices turn off. I still recommend this.

I love it it works real well I love the fact that I can control all of my Audio video equipment

We really like this Universal Remote. It is easy to use for all our devices (TV, Receiver, Blu-Ray, Apple TV). It is also easy to add and delete devices from this Remote.

Good remote with limitations. Originally purchased to be able to adjust subwoofer of sound system, but does not have this function.

Great controller. This is easy to use and controls all kinds of devices. Logitech has quite making this controller which is a shame as there is no other like it on the market.

wanted to control volume when watching Apple TV and not have to switch back and forth to TV device to change volume its cheap so cant expect everything Oh and the stupid remote assistant kept coming on and locking up the remote until i followed the instruction commands Never had much luck with Logitech It has been a few years since i purchased last of their products

My second one. Only because I needed it for my home theater room. Love these. Easy to program, obviously works on all my devices. Lets me put the other remotes in the drawer. Highly recommend.

This is the third Logitech universal we have owned. Everyone has been easier to program than the last. What I love most is the help function. If your system does not respond call completely or correctly, it is easy to resolve.

Christmas gift from my wife. I had a Harmony device many years ago but after 15 years or more it needed to be upgraded. Key pad is very much like the old one but much more intutive. Great device.

I've been getting some version of this for years. I usually get 3 to 4 years out of one. Pretty easy transfer from the old one to the new one. You do need an actual computer not a chromebook.

Went from 4 remotes to one. After a small learning curve it's very simple to program and get everything up and running the way you want. Everything functions great.

Setup for controller is easy. Ability to control multiple devices with this remote comes in very handy.

Even my mother in law can use it! Setup was pretty easy. Hardest part was finding the model numbers on my devices!

Previously owned a Logi Harmony and was very happy, so opted to buy this model even though it was an ad-don vs essential. Modest price also encouraging repeat buy decision.

These remotes (I've had 5) and the BEST way to replace all your other remotes. Just make sure nothing is blocking line-of-sight to the components.

finally wore out the old one. good unit for the price. easy plug and play. if replacing an old unit, easy migration of settings, useful when individual devices serial #s are not available.

The Harmony 665 is very easy to program and works with a multitude of disparate devices. I use it for a Samsung TV, a Pioneer Elite receiver, a Pioneer DVD, and an Apple TV. All work well and respond to the remote.

I didn’t think this would do the job for all my gear. Just setup a account and add your needed electronics and within minutes of a slight learning curve it all comes together. I am very happy with this device.
