I needed more to work with Zoom and other online ways to connect with groups. This was perfect. A little ugly (if you ask me) but that's not relevant.

I bought it primarily for singing & recording music. I’ve had 11-12 different types of mics that cost $400-$600. I was amazed at how well this mic worked & sounds like my professional mic recordings. My daughter uses it for gaming and streaming as well. Great Price for such a quality item.

Basic acceptable-good quality desktop mic
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sure, I love $1000 Neumanns, and love the sound of great VO microphones in the $200 range, but this mic is super-cheap and is perfectly acceptable for VO and basic singing and should be on everybody's editing desktop if they don't already have a VO mic. With EQ and compression, it sounds perfectly broadcast quality. I don't think I'd want to record a singer belting 90 db into it, but the audio holds up well with basic dynamics of voice.

Fantastic Microphone Great Value.

I’ve yet, to figure that aspect out, but the system works well for dictation and correction of words using email, MSOffice, etc. I highly recommend this microphone. One can purchase a higher dollar one, but this is an excellent quality microphone, and I am an amateur radio operator who has gone through a few microphones.
