This caused the handle to swing back and forth scratching the door. I had purchased five years protection but was told I had to contact the manufacturer. After asking for a manager I was told geek squad would come out. The tech who came out was very nice, knowledgeable and quite thorough. I'm having a new door and handle installed tomorrow. I wonder what will go wrong next. I'm glad I purchased the protection but truly things like this should not happen after only one month. Growing up we had a fridge for more than twenty years and nothing on it ever broke. Just don't make things the way they used to. Very sad......
