Poor design, noisy, slow.

This version is awful. The odd-shaped reservoir is awkward to grasp and nearly impossible to get your hand in to clean. They say it'll give five cups in one fill. Don't believe it. You have to put more than 2 cups in it just to get one. Otherwise, the low water light comes on, but not until after it's going through its initial assessment. It's noisy and takes too long to brew. Who designed this thing? A perfect example of design for design's sake. Only redeeming feature is good coffee, but really?

Other one lasted almost 5 years with daily use from two adults, oh and Grandkids too. They love the hot chocolate k-pods. Definitely recommend for coffee lovers. Also has a button for strong brew, brilliant addition.

Best machine lasts a long time
