Got this model as a modestly priced replacement for an older Keurig that was no longer working correctly. Seems like these machines last about 2 - 3 years. My wife thought that this model feels a little flimsy compared to the old one and I would agree. Probably trying to save a little on the manufacturing costs. The lift-up handle feels weaker than the old model. And the platform that the cup sits on feels flimsy. And the platform wobbles on our unit - nothing big but bothersome. The reservoir is supposed to hold 52 ounces of water - so you should hypothetically get 5 10 oz. cups per filling. Seems like we only get 4 and it's telling us to add water. And the water "fill line" is NOT accurate. If you fill it to that line, be prepared to spill some water out, if you carry it back to the unit. If you are filling it directly from a sink pull-out spout or with a water bottle or container - no problem. But that line is so close to the top front edge of the reservoir - be careful. Still gave it 4 stars - feels like it should be 3.5. It does what it's supposed to do - make a cup of coffee using the ever-popular K-cup pods. It does have the "ability" to brew a larger (12 oz) cup that the older model - I think you're just getting 2 oz. more of watered-down coffee. And the "Strong" button - for a supposed stronger cup of coffee - not sure how that's supposed to work. Tried it once and maybe it was a bit "stronger". Got it on sale - glad we didn't pay full price.

We have been using Keurig pod coffee makers since they first became available and can’t imagine ever going back to drip coffee makers. Once you find a quality coffee pod you enjoy, having a freshly brewed cup of coffee every time at any time I can’t be beat. We have tried the “fancier” Keurig models and, although we like some of the features, they are not as reliable. These basic models seem to last for years where the more expensive ones fail shortly after the warranty expires. I would recommend sticking with the basic models unless you need the features of the more costly ones.

Keurig - K-Select Single-Serve K-Cup Pod is just working fine for me. It makes my coffee in a short time without any hassle. I like that my coffee is hot and fresh anytime I want to drink. I fill the tank with water, insert a K-Cup, select the size of the cup, and press the start button. In less than two minutes my coffee is done.

Got this Kuerig during a deal from Best Buy. I drink coffee everyday because of this thing. Very easy and quick to use. Wish it came in a stainless steel instead of plastic matte black. But it gets the job done and a great price! Got reusable K-Pod containers which I fill with my own coffee, works great!

Have uses it multiple times each day for 14 months. Not one issue and works perfectly every time. Can adjust for ounces as well as strength. So easy to use and do not waste coffee by pouring out what's leftover in the pot. Wife was skeptical at first but she uses it more than I do.

This particular Keurig coffee maker is just what we needed. The water reservoir is easily refilled and is enough to make 4 good-sized cups of coffee. The machine doesn't take up a lot of space and is easy to wipe clean. We happened to get in on a sale, so that makes things even more wonderful.

Best K-cup coffee maker I ever owned. Excellent tasting coffee with no grounds in the bottom of the cup. Handles my big car tumbler well, like the fact it takes several sizes of containers. Like the water tank with a view window. Fast delivery by Best Buy and at the lowest price anywhere. Would buy again. % stars all the way !!!!!!!

This is the first time owning a single serve coffee maker and i have been very happy with my purchase. It is simple to operate and makes a good cup of coffee. A cup brews quicker than i expected. I definitely recommend this coffee maker.

I decided to replace my first Keurig when it started to die. I started looking for any deals available on the newer models; found this one at a great price. The color brightens-up my kitchen, takes-up less space on the counter and has more features than my older Keurig. Very happy with my purchase =).

I’m loving our new keurig! It’s quieter and more lightweight than our previous one and makes a to-go size cup in addition to the previous 3 cup sizes.

This new model is much quieter than my old model. However, not as sturdy in construction. Heavier plastic/metal on my older model but all plastic and lightweight on the new model. Coffee is great though and happy with the model overall. Great price as it was deal of the day. I would not have paid full price for this model but happy with the quality for the price.

I bought this Keurig when it was on sale at 40% off. Makes 4 different size cups of coffee to perfection! I highly recommended this Keurig model if you wabt a basic single cup of coffee.
