Overall good brewer. This replaced one we had for a VERY long time. This one is quieter for sure but feels like the capacity is too small. Also, our last one lit the reservoir which helped see the water level. Sale price makes this a great value.

Works perfectly. Its slimmer than my previous Keurig so it fits better in the space on my counter.

I bought this brewer within minutes of learning my old brewer (exactly like this one) had quit working. This is the 8th Keurig brewer I've purchased in as many years. They only seem to last about a year for me. HOWEVER, remember the brewer this one replaced was exactly like it, so when I looked at the pamphlet in the box, I saw how to clean the pod-piercing needles and did so on the old brewer. Viola! I started working again and is still working, so this one is in the closet, waiting for the old one to really stop working! I love the convenience of the individual serving pods and, since I like flavored coffee, I can have a different flavor each time. My advice - do a better job than I do of following brewer maintenance instructions and your brewer will likely work properly for a longer period of time.

Upgraded to this from an older model we've had for about 8 years. Very easy to use ( wife loves the color ) and like the strong brew option! Nice to also have more than 2 options for amount brewed.

I bought this one as a gift having purchased the identical Keurig a couple of years back. It just makes cup after cup after cup of great coffee with no issues. We like the variety of cup sizes without having to add the desired amount of water, as some other models require. I also like that the water reservoir has a charcoal filter, which I change a couple of times a year.

Works as it should, keep coffee hot and has 4 size settings. would buy again.

Much cheaper than the one I had before. The cup of coffee is just as good, but the water tank has to be refilled too often. The water tank top is not attached, seems to fall off at the least provocation. In general, the plastic looks cheap but the coffee is still good.

I havent owned a kureg in over 3 years. Absolutely pleased with this one for sure. Quiet, fast, and i love the Strong button! No complaints here.

I needed a new Keurig, and this one is as close to the same as my older, now dead Keurig. This one was easy to set up, but the charcoal filter was new to me, but it was still cool to me. It makes a good, hot cup of coffee. BUT the water reservoir does not hold as much water as my last one did. It also started to make loud noises when it was brewing after only the second cup on the third day. Maybe I was too stuck on my older version and this one is also just as great....or maybe this one just doesn't quite measure up to that ideal for me.

my old coffee maker died and this was on sale great price and quality name. We have used this for a couple of months now and it works perfectly. Brews a good cuop of coffee.

Excellent K-cup maker. Fast heating and brewing without the mess of its predecessor. Small enough to be on the counter without causing clutter. Very clean, efficient and attractive machine which I plan to purchase for the kitchen at my job. Filter for water comes in handy in a public use facility like work. Again, an excellent machine to have. I am very, very pleased.
