    Great Carafe for the Price - just have to remember to use it ever other day or so - if not will stop working completely. We are on well water with a water softener so we use distilled water always - if you don't use the machine at least every other day the machine will stop working completely

    Replaced a similarly featured Keurig unit. This one has extra coffee size selection. Also now you can select coffee size before water has heated. Very convenient. On the negative, water cover seems cheap and does not fit as well as previous unit. Keurig has too many models to choose from. It makes selection difficult. However, Best Buy sale price made this the obvious choice.

    I upgraded from my current K15 Single brewer and this one is much better for me. I can choose my cup size up to 12oz which fills my big mug right to the top. The tank is easily removable for cleaning and once you turn the Keurig on in the morning and fill the tank, each cup is ready instantly. I'm glad I bought it.
