Excellent product, easy to use and delivers a good cup of coffee. Many different k- cup pods available to suite everyone's taste

Had this for about a year and a half and it’s quite steady. The coffee is good, and I like the variety of cup sizes. The only glitch I’ve ever had is that once in a while if you get a discount brand K-cup cartridge, the machine sometimes doesn’t recognize it and shuts off. Usually moving the cartridge around will fix it.

My coffee is made fresh and hot every day. Works like it says it does.

I felt like a thief the deal was so good. Great price for a Keurig. My husband said we should buy an extra one so when this one dies we'll have a brand new one. Thanks Best Buy, we have coffee, followed by our Samsung Smart TV, we have clean clothes with our Washer & Dryer, all from Best Buy. Roxanne

I was replacing a larger Keurig that I had, and came across this one on sale. It fits nicely on my counter beside my refrigerator. It does have an auto shutoff which means in the morning you have to press the "on" button to let it heat up. But that only takes about 2-3 minutes then you're ready to go! I love that you can make 6 - 12 oz of whatever beverage you choose. Overall it's a great Keurig!

This is our second Keurig like this. We really liked the first one , so that's why we bought it again!! Being able to select your cup size without having to wait for the water to be ready is a time saver!!

I have been a holdout for years enjoying my brewed coffee and grinding my beans. I now am totally sold on the Keurig. This machine has wonderful features, strong brew and four sizes of cups. All I have to remember to do is to plug it in and let it warm up. A great new addition to my kitchen!

It was time. My old Keurig lived a long life thanks to some complimentary replacement parts back in 2020. This model was the logical upgrade with ease of use and cups up to 12oz.

Great purchase. Makes coffee fast and it's simple to use.

Remember to turn ON and remember to check the water level, I am not very aware of these things when I awake at 5:30 am, otherwise this works beautifully and efficiently.

A nice, decent solution for a small office arrangement. I and my coworkers all love this coffee machine (you can also use it to heat water solely).

Great for the price on sale. But much lighter plastic than the original so I hope it does not mean it will last fewer years? Also not sure if the water filter is a gimmick? Why did the original one not have one. Shouldn’t the hot water kill anything in the water?

I love my new Keurig. Especially the navy color. Unfortunately my last one stopped working after more than 10 years so it was time for a new one and I love my new one.

I've owned several Keurigs. This one is good but not great. It's nosier than the others and takes a bit longer to heat up if it's been off for awhile between cups. But still makes a perfect cup of coffee. Next time I'll be sure to get the model with auto on off so the pot hearts up by the time I use it in the morning. After all I can't even think straight till I've had that first cup!!!
