She say's it make's to much noise, so I end up, with it. Mom is wright, It works but It makes this clicking noise. It starts then stops, It doesn't do it all the time, I would not buy another one.

Very disappointed in the quality. Now I have to go through the hassle of a return or warranty claim, because it’s “outside return window”. And trying to warranty has not gone well so far. Would not recommend.

doesn't stay cold-always defrosting

Now it's not staying cold enough even at it's highest setting and I'm having to throw away food every week. Since the day I got it the sides get Very hot.

I sent customer service an email. Wasn’t much use. It works but the corner is damaged. Nobody is available for support .

I never had any problem with any product bought at Best Buy. This is the first time, It did not work from the begining, however since I had to go out of town, I was not able to return it on time.
