    When I opened this when i got home this was used! I took pictures of the bottom that had scratches on it and i did not recognize the the bottom of the box had been retaped. They sold it to me as a new item! I had to go out of town the next morning so I could not even take it back. I plugged it up and checked it when I came back. It was cold so I kept it and did not want to go through the hassle of boxing it back up in the messed up box. for some reason the photos will not upload but I am waiting to see if something goes wrong since someone brought it back. I kept my reciept. Shame on them for reboxing a used product selling as new! the product itself seems like a good product.
