Perfection needed

Minimum water run is set for 15 seconds, which is too much water. Need to perfect it to Italian mini shot. Any recommendations are appreciated! Rep please call me :)

We have had our eyes on this machine for quite some time. We finally bought it and immediately agreed after our first cup of coffee that it was worth every penny!! If you are on the fence - no need to be! We are beyond happy and every morning coffee feels like a luxury!

Great until it isn’t

First one we bought didn’t work after setting everything up. It would only grind a tiny amount of beans and realized the grinder was faulty. We returned it no issues with Best Buy and was able to exchange it for one that worked great…until it didn’t. We’ve had it two months and noticed it wasn’t producing enough pressure for an espresso. And the suddenly….the same grinding issues as the first machine. Now it’s out of its return window and I have to go through Breville directly. I love Breville but this has just been a disaster of a machine from day 1.

Too much manual work for my preference

Breville Touch

Easy to set up and use once you get your settings right. You can make coffee shop quality drinks right at home. Definitely like and would recommend to anyone in the market for a high-end espresso machine.

Delicious espresso at home

After a few test shots and dialing in, I’m making delicious flat whites. I love being able to customize my drinks and the ability to texture milk automatically or manually depending on how involved I want to be.

Worth the Splurge

It took me a handful of times to get the hang of it, but it is actually pretty easy. My guests over the holidays were impressed! It looks pretty in my counter.

Breville Barista Espresso Machine

Got it back now water is leaking out the back. How do you replace a seal and not check and make sure everything is ok. Very UPSET.

Pretty solid machine for beginner

The coffee taste pretty good, through it requires some practice at the beginning. I love that it allows both automatic and manual frothering, and it’s pretty good and easy!

My Own Little Coffee Shop

I can froth the milk faster than the previous model which lasted me over 10 years. I am able to program by name how much and for how long to make the expresso.

Don’t buy

My cheaper $150 espresso machine brewed better coffee on it. Their support is good but spent a lot of time on it. I’d rather buy this through a different retailer who has 30 day return window than being stuck with a 14 day return window on BestBuy. At least I’d be able to return. Unfortunately, I missed my return window in going back and forth with Breville customer support.

Best Buy is a terrible store

Not worth the price tag, cheap plastic parts.

Espresso was too watery or too dark / bitter, no matter what grind settings we tried. After wasting so much coffee beans, water and milk, we returned it for a refund. Last but not least, most of the coffee maker parts were built with cheap plastic. Not worth the $799 price tag.

6 months and no latte

I’m giving it 2 stars because when it was working properly, it pulled a delicious shot. Almost the best I’ve had. Will update after my experience with the warranty department
