You can choose strength of each cup & even choose the iced option, which I have done several times!! Only issue I have come across is the “ON” button stays on even though it is supposed to turn off automatically 15 -30 minutes after use. Not a deal breaker & it hasn’t hurt the functionality of the coffee maker so it’s not a problem. I upgraded from a small elite coffee maker for a $40 difference.....definitely worth it.

Best Keurig option out there

Coffee taste better than it did in our old unit. better function.. just better all around. We Picked up this Brushed Silver for my Mother-in-law. she loves it. **we follow the filter change and descaling guidelines. our previous unit lasted over five years be for it started failing electronically.

So easy to use and we can make a variety of sizes and iced coffee too. My husband is blind and this was a factor in choosing this model because of the buttons.

This Kuerig coffee maker gives us good cup of coffe consistently for over 5 years and Best Buy gives us the extended warranty that keeps us buying from them anywhere in the country
