    I really liked this coffee maker. My concern is that I can't get it to program right, and the one I just purchased has a leak. The features are really nice and the ease of use is nice. I am getting really upset about how many Keurigs I need to purchase before I get one without a problem. I really think the people at Best see me coming and say here she is again. Many I just need to give up on this model. Will keep my fingers crossed that the one I just exchanged will be OK. Cannot get it to program the temp to 192deg.

    This is my second Keurig. The one that died seemed to be a more solid build than this model. It just seems like materials are less quality. Performance is good so far no complaints. The water chamber is awkward shaped and unlike the least device I have to use two hands and pay more attention to get it lined up properly. The controls for setting time/ timer/ etc are not as intuitive as I had hoped and I did have to view the online instructions to sort it out. I like the new “strong” feature as I like dark roast and the stronger the better.

    The machine does everything as promised. My favorite part is the fact that it provides a 16 ounce cup.

    I bought to replace another different brand coffee machine and it perfect. The amount of water it hold and cup sizes are exactly what we neede. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new coffee machine.

    Reliable K-cup coffee maker. Has nice size water reservoir. Multiple size selections as well as bold option. Not sure how much difference bold option changes coffee flavor.

    Keurig makes great coffee! This one best we’ve had! Wouldn’t buy any other! Compact easy to clean. Better than previous one we had! Less work to clean & it tells you when to do it! Other one did also but this one is easier to see. Also brews coffee quieter & quicker than last one we had! Very happy!
