    The drawer in the fridge was already cracked; I need to figure out how o replace it. I hope there is one month warranty.

    Just died last week. So it lived 2 years. I would not call this « a good product ».

    Unfortunately, I never got a chance to see how the refrigerator works. After three rescheduled delivery dates, I received the item after it had been sitting in water. The bottom of the box fell off because it was so wet. The top of the box had been opened and there was a part missing underneath the front.

    Arrived with two dents in left top of unit. Don't know if it will affect operation or not. Since it is a free standing unit that we plan to use in basement it does make a difference in appearance.

    Temperatures to low.

    To bad it didn't work out. Unit is beautiful and price was great. Temperature was below freezing in fridge compartment as well. Did startup according to manual 5 times in 2week period. Ran it on all thermostat settings as well. Tried to call manufacturer and I was put on hold forever. Finally returned it and got store credit which is total BS. It wasn't my fault. I really wanted to keep it. I will never buy anything at BestBuy again for that reason. Do not buy anyhing there unless you know the product already.

    freezes food

    My husband ought this when it was not on sale for $199 plus the Geek squad protection plan. It is less than 8 months old and from the very beginning the food freezes in the refrigerator. The back panel inside gets covered in ice and yet the freezer section does not freeze. Major pain to return it as I would have to find a store that actually had them in stock which is over an hour away, drive it to them in order to get a replacement as my nearest Best Buy never seems to have them in stock, Very disappointing. Oh and it is very noisy too.

    It came damaged i reached out and nobody contacted me in return it doesn't get as cold as it should i have no way to take it back myself so it is what it is

    Is not staying cold. Have turned the dial many times and many ways - still not staying cold in fridge part.

    Freezer is Constantly covered with frost and thick layers of Ice. Have to defrost weekly.

    I didn’t get the mini fridge that is on here. I got a completely different one and has some damage on the top right near the back.

    I would not recommend it. Ours never worked. When we tried to get it replaced we were not able to as we needed to take it to a store first. In our case this was not possible as my son is 15 and at a boarding school.
