This combo has performed well for years; bought a second set for my wife. Can't beat the price!

This is a nice combo and I bought it for the new computer because we have had a MK520, which has worked flawlessly for years. The new MK540, when installed, had a mouse which constantly froze and was erratic. The keyboard, however, had no problems. I uninstalled, reinstalled, changed batteries, changed usb connector from back to front, even though the tower sits on the floor one foot from the desk (description says works up to 33' away). Ran a check which said Logitech up to date and working properly. Connected the old MK520 to the new computer, and had no problem, so I assumed I had a faulty mouse and exchanged the MK540. New Mk540 keyboard worked fine and within 15 minutes new mouse started acting up. What tha ...? Researched the comments in this section and found someone else had similar problems and added a usb extender which solved their erratic mouse. Guess what? The old MK520 came with an extender which placed the usb on the desktop, so I tried it, and voila' everything has worked correctly ever sense. Guess this usb doesn't work up to 33' away. So off to buy another extender since Logitech didn't furnish one with the MK540. Only three Stars Because: No furnished Logitech instructions or trouble shooting Doesn't function properly without an extender to place usb at desk height and had to buy one, whereas the old MK520 came with one. Three trips to Best Buy to get a workable keyboard combo. Frustration to get mouse to work without freezing. Keyboard had no problems.

Perfect! Although of a generation that is not super tech savvy, this was so easy to set up and use! Not one ounce of frustration used! So happy with this purchase

This keyboard is great for the person on the go, easily bluetooths to my laptop, easily fits in a backpack, and never leaves me hanging

Nice keyboard. Bought two of them when it was on sale. ease of use. ergonomically designed. Mouse is very sensitive on right click. almost annoying. inserting a small pice of folded paper under right click button made it sensitive enough for my liking :). Recommend it

Bought this key board and mouse. The mouse fits in hand nicelky and key board has a shelfd for you wrist. Highly recommended this unit

Larger keys and easy hand placement makes this keyboard and mouse a good companion for my laptop in my work-from-home office.

Working with a mouse tied to a cord is not my cup of tea. I love Logitech, always a trustworthy brand. Plug and play and add batteries and I am up and running. Comfortable keyboard and the mouse feels like a part of my hand. Never had any issues with either.

Great bundle for an unexpected computer inheritance. So far, works well with one USB transmit/receive module for both keyboard and mouse. Waiting to see how the battery life goes. Both have a switch to turn them off when not being used. So far, for a typing keyboard, it works well and is not too noisy.

This replaced a wired keyboard. I love that I don't get my feet caught in a cord!

I purchased a new laptop but also wanted to replace my corded keyboard, With the help of the Best Buy employee I chose the Logitech. There were multiple keyboards to select from but I liked the shape of the Logitech. The keys depressed with a light touch, and it came with a mouse, I would recommend tis keyboard.

This is a good quality keyboard at this price. The connectivity via USB is relatively quick and is very responsive. I especially like the quietness of the key presses. This is a huge difference in comparison to my previous Logitech keyboard. The mouse is also a great size and shape. Very comfortable to use for extended periods of time.

I love this keyboard so much I've had a few of them. I've upgraded when the labels on the keys wear off. This last time it was only 5 months. I'm not a gamer. I use it for work. I'll never buy this keyboard again. I'm tired of it. Going forward, I will only buy keyboards with double-shot illuminated keycaps so I never have to deal with the problem of labels wearing off. I couldn't find decent replacement keys for this keyboard. I've used stickers in the past, but they don't really work. They slide over time (a week or two) and end up leaving the key sticky.

It was not hard to pair with my existing trackball or the enclosed mouse. I use both. The keyboard has a decent feel to the keys and their action. The price point was a bit beyond my budget, but the lower model was out of stock. One nice thing that I really appreciate is an LED on the cap locks. Again, would have gotten the model that is rechargeable, but beyond my budget. All in all, it is a good value and operates just great.

Both keyboard and mouse work great! I love that i can shift it around to where I need it with out wires being a pain. It also had all the keys I wanted. Would definitely recommend!
