Sound cuts out while playing 4k blu-rays for just a moment but it happens on every 4k disk i put in it. I also have to be pointing the remote directy at it and usually I still have to hit the buttons twice to get it to work. That means twice to turn it on, twice to open the tray, twice to play or stop. It's very frustrating. No other disk player I've had has been like this with how hard it is to use. I've gone back to using my regular Samsung blu-ray player for now.

Did not want a player that was connected to the internet. Don't need firmware updates as I stream through my TV and cable and didn't need to pay an extra $50

Product is great but the service at Best Buy is poor. I have been buying closing gifts for my clients there and will never spend another penny in a Best Buy.

I needed the Optical out that made my garage mahal Big Screen Look and sound good

Works great so far. I had to buy this because my old DVD player did not have an HDMI connector to go with my new TV. My old TV and DVD player interfaced with the red, white and Yellow cables.

Works as it should and plays DVDs, CDs and Blu Rays until the cows come home. Very simple design and function which is what I like.

It doesn't always show the HDR notification; picture seems to be a little less detailed and rich than on my previous 4K player. The onscreen display also doesn't provide a whole lot of detail--it would be nice to see the video codec, audio selection, and bit rate at the touch of a button. But it works, and sometimes it remembers where DVDs and Blu-rays left off after they're taken out, which is nice.

This is a good 4K player but I will say if you’re sound bar or something isn’t new it might not work. I have to change the settings on my sound bar to get it to work but then again it doesn’t work everytime

great 4k blu ray player stright forward put disc in and play no messing around no unneeded features ill never use

Love that this is just a player and does not have a bunch of features that I would never use. Love that my oldest DVDs look great. Big value, highly recommend.

Good quality overall plus with some blue ray formats has the ability to pick up where play was interrupted and continue the program.

Very happy with the performance. Easy to set up. Television recognized it as soon as I hooked it up. Produces a great on screen picture.

Just bought the LG 4k ultra HD player to go with my new LG t.v. Works with all the current blue ray formats.

Not the best Cember I purchased but it did the job for the time I needed to do it and it was not a bad price also

boots quickly and does a good job of upgrading dvd's, blurays to a better quality picture. Don't like that it automatically turns tv to 4k player when you turn the.player on.

It pays to read description. I didn’t realized that this is a wired 4K streamer. I’m satisfied with it although it does not support Dolby vision.

Its good bluray player with no bells and whistles if you already have streaming devices. The only downside is you have to conenct it up by ethernet port to make sure it gets its updates

these units are replacing unit in a house fire and will fit my requirements to a tee.

This player does not have any apps. It also only has a wired network connection. But it works very well for it's intended use which is to play 4k Blu-ray's.
