It does not maintain and pick up the area codes. I have to actually find a pen and write down the numbered called. That's a waste of time.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that your experience did not match your expectations. Your feedback helps us do better! Please note that the battery life can be influenced by the usage of the phone. If only one of your handsets lose the charge please switch the batteries with one from another handset. Before the first time use, charge the handsets for 7 hours so the batteries will be fully charged. If the handsets are not in use, make sure to place them on the charger to extend the usage time. trouble with cordless phone

I've purchased these phones less than a year ago and the quality is horrific!!! People have a difficult time hearing me and the line is not clear on my end either. This is the 2nd Panasonic phone purchase too. I will never again buy another one. Extremely angry customer!!!!

When I got home I found the purchased handsets were not compatible. I returned the purchase. I use Best Buy regularly and generally have no problems. Just purchased a iPad Pro 12.9 and am delighted!

Phones scratchy when using headphones.

I have an old Panasonic set that I used headsets with all the time and never had an issue but this new set is terrible!
