I’d recommend getting the extended warranty so that you can return to the store, otherwise you have to locate your receipt and return it to the manufacturer and then what do you use as a phone in the meantime. I have to say this last phone is working flawlessly. Love it!

We do have iphones but I prefer a hard line phone system in our house. It has great tone, it's easy to program and use. This is the updated version of the same phone system we bought fifteen years ago and we're very happy with it.

I am concerned about how long this set will last. last set was only 3 years and then it would not recharge anymore even with new batteries.

I had it less than one year & the guarantee was so strict that I didn't bother getting a refund. No more Brand X. These units were more powerful & you could hear with them much louder & clearer. I will buy Panasonic from now on...
