Used the CD first, but installation was incomplete. Used the online method to finish the installation. Save time and aggravation and skip the CD. Just need a user manual.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We recommend checking if the voice messages have been recorded by the answering machine of the system instead. You can check that by pressing PLAY button on the main unit. Please also check if you have a voicemail feature from your provider as well which could have recorded the messages instead. Love the call block feature which can be used while the call is in progress....nice! You can also link it to your cell but I have not tried it yet. Overall it's a great product.

Phone system has great features

I found it easy to program the various features to meet my needs. I use my service provider's answering system so I can't speak to that.

It’s was definitely a needed upgrade and it’s features are amazing!! Block caller. Called ID. Easy to save contacts. Easy install and set up. Got another pair for my parents home and they love it too!! Highly recommend .

Replaced 11yr old Panasonic system with new one

The handsets are not as comfortable or contoured as my older set. Don't like that when selecting a phonebook name I have to depress buttons more often than previously. Haven't set up the cell connection yet. Seems slightly more complicated than I had hoped, but will get to it one day. Overall an OK set, just wish my old one hadn't worn out.
