The phone was 10 years old and had a small dark screen and I needed a screen that could be seen easily. This phone has a large bright screen with a large font that can be seen easily even in the dark. If a number is in the phone book it will announce who's calling. It's works great and meets all our needs.

Since this is a telephone system that was originally released for sales in 2018, its possible the telephone batteries have exceeded its life and they would need to be replaced with new batteries. Batteries are available for purchased through our parts distributor to be shipped. If you have any other issues or concerns, Our representatives are readily available to chat with you and troubleshoot the unit should you wish to pursue.

Do Not Buy!

I returned the first one I bought because it wouldn’t keep the time and date current. I took it to the Geek Squad, and they said they thought it was something wrong internal. I exchanged it for another same model, hoping the first one was just a lemon. Not the case. I will be returning this one for a refund.
