I bought these for my sons for Christmas and when I tried them out, I was immediately shocked. The sound quality was plain out awful. Buy the a20’s instead

The Headset is Lacking

There was no software for this item or instruction to a website for downloading the correct drivers . So you are left with an unpleasant experience as there are seems to me to be an echo chamber. The inline volume control is a nice touch.
