    I bought these headphones for my son as a gift. The order came on time but came in the manufacturer's box and was not packed in a shipping box to protect the item. I was shocked the way Best Buy ships their items. Disappointed.

    The sound mediocre… I wasn’t expecting much. But reading reviews like “rock solid sound” is super misleading. I’m comparing these to steel series 9x and I wanted a cheap pair of wired headphones. These in my opinion are too much of a downgrade to keep even at $20. Yikes. They are also not comfortable out of the box. They don’t fit over my average sized ears. The sound from these headphones sounds lacking. They really need to get their demo units working again…
