Just doesn’t work at all

Used them earlier and just watched Netflix with them and the audio was perfectly fine. But later today I tried using the mic. It flat out didn’t work(and yes I flipped it down). I flipped the cable around the wrong way to see if that would work and it sorta did only know I could talk but had no audio coming in. Overall just horrible f u Best Buy hope u go out of business sooner, cause it’s gonna happen in the near future☺️

Doesn't work and the company has failed to help

I contacted the company, Astro Gaming, for the support. They responded in a day that they would send me a new set of headset. I have yet to receive it. I had tried again because I needed the microphone, and now it doesn't work at all.

Mute doesnt work

Can't hold up to my 14 yr. old son

Fortunately, I purchased the protection plan for 2 years so they replaced it. The second pair lasted 3 weeks before the same issue. I had to use the protection plan again because returns are only covered for 2 weeks...ugh! I have now ordered a 3rd pair and another protection plan because they won't just give me my money back. It seems to be a vicious circle that I'm stuck in right now for some mediocre headphones.
