As advertised in the photo, it should hold a gallon jug in addition to other items. I put a gallon jug in and it snapped right off. Bracket had hollow foam core ….. now we are stuck with a refrigerator with much less storage capacity and only a week after I plugged it in. Help!

You may want to get a thermometer for it, though, since the temperature adjustment just has numbers from 1 to 7 and no other details. Once you get it set to just the right temp... keep it there. Ours came delivered with a big dent in the door, but it was cosmetic and would've been a pain to return. So, meh. Maybe pick it up yourself.
