Exchanged and Received a Refurb

Went thru the exchange process, got a refurbished piece of hooey. Ice box it bent, can drinks in the back froze and exploded while door items are not my level of cold. This is on 5, the highest level. This is a Brand Mart issue, not Frigidaire. First one cooled great while I had it. Item is good if you get a new one. Here I go to get a 3rd one. Totally unnecessary.

We had looked at several others, but this one offered more of what he really needed It not only keeps his water and soda cold, he is able to have veggies and fruit on hand all the time.
